In NJ (where this was filmed), many Fire Departments were started by towns people before the municipal government did anything, and was paid for by donations. Many of the fire department properties are still owned by non-profit organizations, and chartered by the town for Fite protection. The municipalities in these cases often supply some tax dollars to purchase Engines and supplies, but the land and building is still mostly handled by the organization. Similar to a VFW or Americam Legion structure.
It takes 2 years in most states to be a licensed cosmetologists to legally cut hair and apply make up to people for pay. In most states it takes a minimum of a GED diploma and about 6 months in a police academy to get a law enforcement certification to legally be a cop for pay. That tells you everything you need to know about a cop. DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. "I are ah laws inforsmunt perfesinal"
The un-educated officer needst to realize talking in a deep monotone voice and repeating the question aggressively will not work as a control tactic in an a meritless investigation....I was also think under legal context that this would actually be harassment if the auditor asked them to quit following him and questioning him.
I loved his response to Humptyy Dumpty when he asked where his press permit is and he responded with the question where is your permit to practise your religion or speak freely. A real slam dunk.
When I look at these fine officers, I can only express disgust at the "toad" and the lack of leadership in the actions of the sergeant. Two laughing stock.
That is spot on but public access is for more than just American citizens. Anyone in the country legally can access public property. Hell even illegal people can legally go on public property but they can still be arrested for being in America illegally...if it wasn't run by the democrat dictators.
Now he should take that video to the station, show the chief and tell him that the whole situation was respectful on both sides UNTIL your officer threatened me on the way out. Because this auditor did a great job and remained peaceful the whole time
Freedom of religion includes the freedom not to practice religion, so if the cop said you don't know if I practice religion, that means nothing, practice or don't that is the right
A percentage of your federal tax dollars goes to local government agencies in every town or city in the country, so even if you don't live there or buy products there your tax dollars are still funding it.

Nobody "pays" taxes. It's stolen from you without consent
Another example that intelligence and knowledge of the Constitution of the United States of America is not required for employment in law enforcement!
New Jersey Stinks!! We all this!
I like the editorial way you present these videos without interrupting throughout the video unless it’s noteworthy statutes / laws.
On the plus side, the cops didn't demand his drivers license so they could trespass him from public property.
This is exactly the police response I'd expect in authoritarian big government New Jersey.
These tyrants are not just low hanging fruit, they are rotting fruit on the ground,
Beyond pathetic, honor your OATH,
Live free or die!!
Nah, they’re the rotting fruit, eaten by a raccoon, making the raccoon drunk on the fermentation, drunk raccoon eats _all_ the trash, drunk raccoon then shits out trashpoop. Cops are the trashpoop.
I don't think so... The first cop is super calm patient and I think they are just concerned this guy might be trying to plan something crazy... I mean look at the news how many crazy things have happened... U get a call about someone doing strange stuff you have to investigate...the first cop is just trying to do his job which is protect the people that's all.... The guy filming could have just told him hey I'm just doing an audit admiring public property nothing to see here.... Clearly he is trying to provoke a reaction... And in my book the first cop is super respectable
Well to be fair, one of them was a fat banana straining the entire tree
I love his retort to when they asked for his press permit. He asked to see the cop's free speech permit.
I was about that age when I saw the light and started loving OU. Brings a little tear to my eye.
"it's not about your rights" are the kind of lies that show me their "oath" means NOTHING.
That's what a" heart attack waiting to happen" looks like. Walks 10 ft and sweating like R. Kelly at the kids choice awards.
Ouch lol
Thanks for the educational content, I love seeing police held accountable for their actions 😂
I like this guy he turned everything back around on the " yellow line gang hero " and frustrated the heck out of him.
I guess he's used to people incriminating themselves for him.
I love the way the auditor was answering the question with a question!!😂🤣😂🤣 It reminds me of " Who's on first "?
I love to see ex officers like yourself making content for regular people just to make sure people know their rights!! Excellent content entertaining and informative, just the "free" E-Book is really 4.99 besides that fact I love the channel 🤙
What is Firehouse property? That's jargon I've never heard of and I was 15 years in the fire department
His 1st amendment discussion was awesome. Don’t need credentials for free speech right?
It takes 2 years in most states to be a licensed cosmetologists to legally cut hair and apply make up to people for pay.
In most states it takes a minimum of a GED diploma and about 6 months in a police academy to get a law enforcement certification to legally be a cop for pay.
That tells you everything you need to know about a cop.
DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. "I are ah laws inforsmunt perfesinal"
And cops generally make much more than hair dressers.
lol I love this guy. He’s so chill when dealing with these egomaniacs
"Emergency property? " Wow. Did he make that up on the spot? What a load.
I liked this auditor's approach..just keep answering the officers question with a question
The un-educated officer needst to realize talking in a deep monotone voice and repeating the question aggressively will not work as a control tactic in an a meritless investigation....I was also think under legal context that this would actually be harassment if the auditor asked them to quit following him and questioning him.
New Jersey?
Well there's your problem right there.
Lmao 🤣
I couldn’t do this with a straight face. I can’t even watch this without laughing.
I loved his response to Humptyy Dumpty when he asked where his press permit is and he responded with the question where is your permit to practise your religion or speak freely. A real slam dunk.
9:45 I've never heard an auditor use that logic before... I'm rather impressed!
"Where are your credentials to speak?" Mic drop, committed to memory
When I look at these fine officers, I can only express disgust at the "toad" and the lack of leadership in the actions of the sergeant. Two laughing stock.
You don't have rights because you pay taxes. You have rights because you are an American citizen.
That is spot on but public access is for more than just American citizens. Anyone in the country legally can access public property. Hell even illegal people can legally go on public property but they can still be arrested for being in America illegally...if it wasn't run by the democrat dictators.
I loved that come back of, “where is your credentials to practice free speech? Our first Amendment is our credentials for free speech and press.”
That rather rotund officer - who backs up the first officer - looks likes he’s really been eating a LOT of private property!
Lol
lol and without credentials
I thought he was a RHINO until he spoke.
Thats not an officer thats grossburger
The second officer, the salad dodger.
Now he should take that video to the station, show the chief and tell him that the whole situation was respectful on both sides UNTIL your officer threatened me on the way out. Because this auditor did a great job and remained peaceful the whole time
I really liked the way this man audits... cooler than an artic cucumber.
😂😂😂😂 I love the way he asked him why are you here 😂😂.I randomly watch this audit and it cracks me up everytime
Great auditor. He got them so flustered! And I really like the "where are your freedom of speech credentials?".
Wow that was a great audit! When he ask where is your cordinatials for free speech was amazing. I've never heard that one b4.. great job
When the cop said you're not being detained I would love to see you just walk away.
Freedom of religion includes the freedom not to practice religion, so if the cop said you don't know if I practice religion, that means nothing, practice or don't that is the right
This guy is hilarious. He is totally trying to wear down this Officer and it's working 100%
Finally somebody asked the question, they had no answer.
Boom!
"It's not about your rights" said the Sgt LEO. God how dumb is that LEO? It is about the auditor's rights.
I love the "OOOOOH" after the cop splaining. Great job giving the cop his same crap back.
At least they didn’t demand ID and threaten “Obstruction.”
That 2nd cop is one heartbeat away from a stroke, he was out of breath just talking.
A percentage of your federal tax dollars goes to local government agencies in every town or city in the country, so even if you don't live there or buy products there your tax dollars are still funding it.
