As for me, I think the cancellation of ex gratia is just playing to the gallery! How many officials of state receive the exgratia payment and how much money is involved? My information is that the people and the amount involved is so insignificant. If that's the case, then there's no need to be hypocritical about this!!!! But this former President paaa he think he is smart to excuse that as far as no Parent went for a refund when Free SHS Education was introduced, he cannot refund the exgratia he has received over the years if exgratia is canceled.
I think he, Mahama, who benefited from exgratia doesn’t have the moral right to cancel it since he benefited from it if he cannot refund his exgratia he received.
