    One main thing I notice when I watch your videos is the joy and laughter you both have! I've studied energies for a few years now and what I am finding is when people eat foods that are alive and have high vibrations, they tend to be happier people in general. People that eat dead animals don't realize the negative energies they are ingesting and how it impairs the human body on an energy level. So, if someone ever mouths off or is rude to you guys, just tell them they are eating too much meat. Lol...

    You should do a video on how you keep your house so tidy. I have 3 kids and a dog. I feel like my house is always a disaster. The only time it looks clean is in the Spring when the kids are at school and the dog wants to be outside. I get everything clean, take a breath, and by then the dog wants to come in and the kids come home and it’s all over 😂

      I have three kids also, all boys... 9, 6, 17 months and I feel the same way! Our house is 700 sqft including the basement. Summers are the best because we are only inside to sleep it seems. Winters are a disaster! One thing we did that helps so far is that we minimized our clothing and so that cuts back on baskets of laundry and let's my kids respect their clothing more (aka not using pants as a napkin and shirt sleeve as a hankee).

    Its great that your baby watches you exercise! My son is 7 and has been watching me and my husband work out for years. It'll be the cutest when he wants to join in and to do it too!!!👍

    I'd LOVE to see your weekely routine videos. I'm always trying to stay motivated and excited about working out by incorporating new types of exercises. Spin basics would be great too. I've never

    Huge fan of your channel Erin, and just recently started doing the workouts you posted. As a personal trainer, and yoga instructor myself; I am very particular as to which fellow trainers I follow.     Loved this so much, thank you! The weekly overview plus daily logistics was super helpful to get a picture of how you cover all the fitness bases. More vids with your specific workouts/routines would be amazing. Your 20 minute full body workout from the summer has become one of my fav go-tos!

    I can not for the life of me can work out in the mornings. Never! 😩 I feel like my body needs to be awake like for at least 2 hours before working out. So I do it in the evenings and that works better. Good tips! Thanks for sharing.

      Lorena Balaguer firing up your metabolism before you eat is a good idea, set your alarm, get your socks on when it goes off and focus on warming up! Go hard for an hour and then enjoy your well deserved breakfast. Haha

Is 30min enough ? I tend to feel like I should always workout and exhaust my body but I would like to find a right balance to be kinder to my body... Thank you so much and really love your chanel !       It really depends what you're up for! Sometimes I'll go for an hour long run, other days I'll do a HIIT workout for 40min, and sometimes I'll lift for an hour. At least 30min a day would be ideal! :)

    I tend to workout one day and have a rest day after just because I feel sore.. can I workout even if I still feel muscle sore from the day before?

      You can definitely workout even if you're sore! It may help to just work different muscle groups each day or do different styles of workouts! You're muscles and body will adapt!

    How much protein do you take in per day? Since I've started my whole food plant based journey my protein intake has gone way down to maybe around 60-80 grams daily and I am afraid that if I get back into lifting it won't be enough to maintain my muscle. Thoughts?

    First off, where did you get your cute clothes? I want! Aaaand I am a dance teacher (ballroom) and current competitor on the west coast/ Canada/ Hawaii/ and I’m getting back to weight lifting and your video was very much what I need to hear: mix it up. I personally LOVE walking in nature and talking to God and being close to Him that way. Also would love to see a barre workout and I’ve always wanted to be strong enough to do those crazy yoga poses! I need more muscle first. Don’t want an injury!
