i’m 10 minutes in and thinking about how much confidence i lost in high school and significant things that happened with people i have had to pause. i haven’t thought about it since i left and i think thinking about them is too much. going to try and take a second before playing it again. also i know no one asked for this lol but reading the comments i hope that i can be more confident by the end of the video . thank you xx

I have to say I've been following Lucy for a few years now. I enjoy all her videos, but the ones I enjoy the most are the relaxing hypnosis ones. She doesn't a fantastic job of incorporating a storyline, putting a positive perspective and helping you sort out any issues you may have. What separates her from the others is the choice of the background music she adds. What a great touch.

All joking aside, this video actually really helped me a lot. I’ve always struggled with confidence issues and constantly feeling insecure about everything I did and the way I looked, but the past couple weeks have been bad. I had no motivation to do my hair or makeup, I showered EVERY day but still felt gross, I didn’t even put an effort into my outfits because I thought my body looked really ugly in everything so I threw on baggy sweatpants and a baggy hoodie everyday. I just watched this video last night, and I already see an impact. This morning, I woke up motivated and ready for the day. I took a shower, I curled my hair, I did my makeup, I even put on a super cute outfit. My overall mood was so much better, I was motivated to complete assignments for school...so yeah. I’ve never felt so confident in my entire life. Thank you so much ☺️❤️

Wonderful video, it actually helped me bring back some childhood memories I had forgotten about, which most likely are the very moments in which I completely lost any confidence in me. However, the key to the final door is not for me to hold...no matter what, I see no reason of being confident. I can't see any girl like me, there is no reason to. I can't see any reason to choose me over anyone else. I can only manage to find some confidence while I'm driving my car, or while doing my job (unless I mess up, but everybody does, so that won't bother me for too long). But, as soon as I get out, or when the working day is over, everything is gone. Back to the usual, worthless self. Can anyone somehow help?
Try helping others. Be it physically by doing social work for example or spiritually by trying to help a friend with his problems, just by listening. You can also set yourself some goal. Not to achieve the goal itself but to discover what you are capable of. We all have the capacity to do great things. No one's life is ever worthless :) You don't need to have a girl to feel proud of yourself. In fact if you feel proud of who you are as a person you attract the right person. Hope that helps

I started lacking confidence like two weeks ago. I'd will always have that strong confidence, high self esteem and self love. And then... yea, that happened. But I'm very grateful right now, because this time I know what is happening to myself and I want to keep going, though I don't have the energy hahah 😅😊

I remember the biggest failure I experienced. I remember how I gave up on life for some time after, I almost jumped over a railing and into a river below. I didn't believe in myself. This vid really did help out with confidence and therefore you are my new favorite heroine.
