Going viral with characters such as Pink Guy & trends like the Harlem Shake. However, this was just the start of his journey as an "entertainer"... As he would re-brand himself as Joji in 2017. Pursuing his true passion of music. In which he is now selling out tours worldwide and leading the 88Rising powerhouse. I still can't believe I never listened to his music until 2 weeks ago... Joji shot up to being my favorite artist basically overnight. I listened to a reverb Lofi version of slow dancing in the dark and decided to look up the actual artist. I’ve been obsessed with his music ever since. Everything just hits home. His music is oddly comforting. It’s like a blanket.
