Man your teaching on the Old testament is just soooooo good. Moving on to perfection is a process. becoming like Jesus is a process.

very interesting teaching Pastor ..... also interesting that some of those laws are still in use today in some parts of the world.
GOD bless you Pastor and the Christian family and Israel till HE comes.

I absolutely agree about restitution. I also think prisoners should all be working to make products or something to contribute to society or the prison system that is paying for their room and board. Working 6 days a week 1 day of rest. Prison should be hard not someplace they can lay around all day or read or get law degrees it should be hard ...and difficult.
Maybe less crime if punishment is difficult.

Slavery still exists in many forms in many countries in the continent of Africa as well as many Middle Eastern countries.
There is an estimated 21- 45 million people in some form of modern slavery today.

Is this where the word Doula comes from? A person who may not have midwifery training but supports the woman during childbirth.

Doula is the female expression of one who provides a service to another. Doulos is the male version, but also encompasses the entire group. (like woman and man, but man or mankind can also cover both genders.)

We all have a choice but remember Psalm 7:11
