An absolute masterclass in Editing and Pacing here from Kyle Schultz. The inserts, the music, the crowds. You've outdone yourself with this one my guy.
Hot take (maybe not), I would much rather see you guys play the World Series in a smaller venue like this over those huge cavernous football stadiums. You really feel the energy with these venues.
I understand why Kyle does it, probably better for the MLW brand and gives the guys a truly memorable experience as motivation to try and make the World Series. But from a purely entertainment/watching perspective, I 100% agree
Just a huge smile from me. A 32 year old having watched y'all for like 4 or 5 years now, look at what it's become. Inspiring the youth, making appearances on national TV, having former all stars hosting and throwing out 1st pitches... Seeing RJ vs Warda to decide the series is poetic, RJ talking about being in the crowd in Toledo and getting Wardas autograph to then pitching against him for a PIVOTAL win for playoff positioning. Grant Miller is a great ambassador and veteran added to the league... All around awesome guys 🤘
What Curtis does for the city of Chicago is just a testament to his amazing character. As a fan of his from what we could see, he was always a hard-nosed player and class act . It’s great to see people give back to their communities in the capacity he has
That Grant Miller at-bat in extras has to be one of the most tense moments at a live MLW game, especially with the crowd cheering him on. Great decision to show the full at bat there. #WandsUp!
This series was electric!!! Extra innings, home runs, plenty of balls in play, clutch strikeouts, heads up base running, defensive plays galore, late inning theatrics, first class venue, and the big stars shined bright in the big city!! The entertainment value of the games and the player personalities was off the charts! Kratch, Warda, Rudy, RJ, G-Millie gave the crowd a great experience. Also, Jack with a genius managerial move to pinch hit Ackerman late in game 3. Not to forget the amazing production and video quality from Kyle and MLW - the multiple camera angles, expert cutaways, music score, crisp edits, crowd size and involvement, and great backdrops. The full pitch at bat for Grant’s extra inning game winning hit put the icing on the cake. A masterclass for video production! Lastly, a great partnership with Curtis Granderson and Co!
Jack did not lie when he said this series was gonna be “packed action” (iykyk😂) absolutely phenomenal series, and surprising finish!! This makes the AL a little more interesting with slate 5 coming up
This was such an amazing experience at my first ever MLW event (kid in white shirt in left) Kyle, Preds, Magic, everyone, y’all killed it. So fun to meet all of you including guys who recognized me, including RJ, Grant, Levi, and even Kyle himself. One of the best experiences of my life and I’m super glad to be a part of this special event. Thank you guys, this was truly the experience of a lifetime. ❤️ P.S. Preds and Magic are my new second favorite teams
Hi! I was the kid in yellow shirt in the mic'd up session what a game what a series, I met Curtis Granderson, Jacob pyska, and A.j Ackerman outside of the meet and greet, thank you mlw for coming to chicago and it was such a blast meeting some amazing people and watching and seeing a great series in my home state, thank you mlw! 😊
Getting Granderson to be there in person is amazing. I know MLW was on TV with MLB network. But get this charity more light and get MLW’s good work more popularity.
This series is a perfect microcosm of what is holding the Preds back. They are completely and totally reliant on Kracht. They *still* don’t have a consistent #2 arm. Russ has used up his one good slate of the year. Rudy is a No. 4 hitter in this league. Warda has his spurts but isn’t consistent enough to protect Kracht in the lineup. If Ryan isn’t playing at an MVP level 100% of the time, teams like the Magic and even the Cobras are deep enough to outlast them in a series. Warda and Kracht have to put some time into developing the depth of the roster in the off-season, like Jimmy did with the D-Backs. Jimmy hasn’t reached the unstoppable heights of ‘21-‘22 but he has Psyzka, Flood, and Heath behind him to back him up.
100% agree, going into each series, it is pretty much an absolute given that the Preds are dropping game 2. It sucks to see, as you can tell both Fleer and McGlade can be dangerous if they were consistent, but they are way too all over the place (more talking about Fleer here.) It looks like Fleer relies on that wild slider a bit too often, telling me that that is his most comfortable pitch, which isn't comforting with the fact that he can't land it in the series. This upcoming off season is the biggest one, NEED to get a new number 2 or 3 hitter and maybe trade for a number 2 pitcher.
How on EARTH does this channel not have a million subscribers yet?!? This is such amazing content! Also shout out to Curtis Granderson and his organization. He seems like such a classy dude and his facilities look stunning. You honestly can't beat that view of Chicago!
Man watching MLW every friday just makes my entire week, every single series is fun to watch and this just takes the cake. All 3 games were so good, Warda was like Reggie Jackson, Kract was being an MVP per usual, the fans were eletric, but Game 3 was so fun to watch, the chess match between Kract and Miller/RJ on the mound was just insane! Really nice ending and editing by Kyle, can't wait to see the MLB mini series next week!
I can’t explain how exciting these games are and how much I look forward to watching them!!! Between Yordan Warda clobbering home runs and the pure love of the game shown by Grant Miller, you can’t beat the fun and competitiveness of MLW!!!
This gotta be pipe it up comment of the week: Jack you made all these conversations about how you shouldn’t pitch to him and you pitched to him every time
Not counting playoffs, this is the best series I've seen. What an incredible atmosphere, and huge shout to Curtis Granderson. Having a well known and respected MLB player host your event is big time. The prime time players showed up and showed out. The Magic needed that series, Grant with the clutch AB of the year, and RJ doing what RJ does! Congrats on a tremendous event, and on almost 500,000 subscribers. Here's to a million!
Series like this will always be MLW at its best. This would be the perfect setting for the World Series, too, as much as I appreciate going all out for a major stadium.
Kyle, for the 2025 MLW season put the speed limit on the board soneveryone can see it. Id like too see the speed and im sure alot of other people would too.
you guys should all be so proud of what youve created together. the personalities of the players, events, editing, and on and on. impressive growth to say the least.
For the trivia, Jack had to stand then and reminisce about his great career and all his HRs but he doesn’t have one in ‘24 😂 shoutout pipe it up great pod, trying for the comment of the week, no offense Jack
This is one of the best series I've ever watched in the MLW with two (Miller/Kracht) of my three favorite players. Really intense. Awesome to have both Miller and Kracht up in tight situations.
I would love to see Sullivan and Crone pitch in the MLW. They might struggle...they might not...either way those guys are young and very talented on the hill. Watch out for both of them MLW.
MLW needs to come to Buffalo. We have a Triple A stadium and wiffle is getting a huge following here and Rochester. Make it happen boys...I'll buy some tickets.
Chicago showed out and the games didn't disappoint!! What an amazing event! And I love that Curtis Granderson supports this channel and everything you boys do! Awesome video all around!
I had the privilege to meet Curtis Granderson in 2015. I was a young kid back then, but I was touched by his enthusiasm and character. Such a good human being.
This was one of your absolute best. My wife's a preds fan and I'm Wands Up so there was alot of trash talking it was great and I'm going to the next one of these you have up there. This was really well put together Kyle.
Has to be one of my all time favorite series! Great job to all!!!!! Congrats on pulling off top shelf content. It is also great to see you guys grow. Keep them coming!!!!!
Hoping for more of the " showing the full at bat " moments in Crucial at bats going forward! That was awesome and hopefully is a main stay. Especially in big time moments
Seeing myself in an MLW video after watching since ‘18-19 is so awesome man. Such a fun experience from seeing the boys play and getting the chance to meet legend CG. Hope y’all come back to IL🍻
Wow. Those are some lucky fans. This was the absolute best MLW series I've ever watched. Great job teams. Great job production. Run support against 7 is hard to get. RJ locks in. Warda, G Milly was G Money.
Gonna remember this one for a long time!! Huge thanks to everyone who attended - you all made that atmosphere crazy (especially Game 3)!! 🔥🔥🔥
What a great series
Best series ever. It had everything.
Great Series
Thank you for putting all of this together Kyle
An absolute masterclass in Editing and Pacing here from Kyle Schultz. The inserts, the music, the crowds. You've outdone yourself with this one my guy.
The “Grant Slam” call followed by no one catching Grant as he jumped into home has gotta be one of the best moments this season
man, granderson is such a class act. Love what he's done for his city.
“What a play by the Pride Of Mexico” 😂😂
Hot take (maybe not), I would much rather see you guys play the World Series in a smaller venue like this over those huge cavernous football stadiums. You really feel the energy with these venues.
I understand why Kyle does it, probably better for the MLW brand and gives the guys a truly memorable experience as motivation to try and make the World Series. But from a purely entertainment/watching perspective, I 100% agree
I think they should aim for a seven game and play the first two at the Meadows. The backyard feel is what drew me in the first place.
No idea that Mr. Granderson was giving back to the community like this. What a great program for Chicago's kids
Alec warda was sent for a random testing following this game 😂
Small but mighty.
MLW so close to the real thing we have our own juiced era

Exciting series aside (Warda on FIRE), Curtis Granderson seems like a genuine great guy. Happy he was a Yankee!

30:54 yeah in the industry we call that a “mound meeting on the mound”
😂😂😂

Atmosphere is electric! The View is amazing! Plus the sunset! Dang what series!!!🔥
Getting Granderson to be there in person is amazing. I know MLW was on TV with MLB network. But get this charity more light and get MLW’s good work more popularity.
Rudy with arguably the smartest play MLW has seen in a long time
Then missed first on the Homer and should have been tagged out lol
@@anthonymirecki5558 dude it's wiffleball, no one cares if a base is missed on a home run LOL
Add Chicago Warda to that list of MLW moments players

Bonham providing the wind for Chicago.
😂
Goated comment
Crazy Venue, Crazy atmosphere, Crazy games, Crazy Hits, Crazy plays, But the craziest part, Ryan Kracht hit a single
How on EARTH does this channel not have a million subscribers yet?!? This is such amazing content!

Rudy never touched 1st base on his homer in game 2 lol 12:45
Was here to say the same!
Same i searched so long for that comment 😂 thought nobody saw it
Pretty sure there’s a rule that you can’t be called out on a homer for missing a base
@noaaah1259 in the MLW? Because you certainly can in Baseball.
@@89thedawg yeah mlw rules “On a home run, no appeals can be performed for runners not touching bases.”

Love Rudy's aggressive baserunning. It's the single biggest untapped potential for MLW players.
Andy Durand I'd the classic example
I can’t explain how exciting these games are and how much I look forward to watching them!!! Between Yordan Warda clobbering home runs and the pure love of the game shown by Grant Miller, you can’t beat the fun and competitiveness of MLW!!!
Kyle Schultz the best MLW commentator in whiffleball history!🏆🏆⚾⚾🔥🔥
This gotta be pipe it up comment of the week: Jack you made all these conversations about how you shouldn’t pitch to him and you pitched to him every time
You know, it could have been comment of the week if you hadn't told Tommy what to do 😆
Theory: I think there was a mutual pact between Kracht and Miller. It would really have sucked if both guys get walked the whole time.
WHAT DID ALEC WARDA EAT BEFORE THIS SERIES HOOOOOOOLYYYYY
Not counting playoffs, this is the best series I've seen. What an incredible atmosphere, and huge shout to Curtis Granderson. Having a well known and respected MLB player host your event is big time.

I watch these before I go out and play football on Friday nights. Exciting yet relaxing at the same!
Alex ate his Wheaties today
So did Grant
Kyle, for the 2025 MLW season put the speed limit on the board soneveryone can see it. Id like too see the speed and im sure alot of other people would too.
Is it just me or is Ryan kratch look like Paul skenes identical twin. And pitches like him too!
This league is phenomenal. The growth over the last decade is second to none. We have the privilege of being alive at the same time as MLW.
you guys should all be so proud of what youve created together. the personalities of the players, events, editing, and on and on. impressive growth to say the least.
Curtis Granderson is such a real one
Beautiful & Amazing Series!!! A Big Thank You to Curtis!!!!

Wands up! Great series.
The last MLW video before school starts, where did my summer go
Preds will be a serious threat in the playoffs this year when only Kracht has to pitch
quite possibly the greatest video ever posted by you guys
The ending was INSANE
PLAYOFFS VIBES. Good choice on the background music for this one.
I know it’s a short field, but all of Warda’s home runs are NO DOUBTERS at the meadows
I would love to see Sullivan and Crone pitch in the MLW. They might struggle...they might not...either way those guys are young and very talented on the hill. Watch out for both of them MLW.
Amazing series. Curtis was so into it as well! One of the best series of all time for sure
Love the granderson cam in that game 3. What an incredible series! You guys keep outdoing yourselves
Swagner was right… lots of “packed action” iykyk
I don’t know
MLW needs to come to Buffalo. We have a Triple A stadium and wiffle is getting a huge following here and Rochester. Make it happen boys...I'll buy some tickets.
Eagles fan here. This was the best series I have seen in the 5 years I have been watching.

Went to this series, and had a ton of fun. I recommend going. 5 weeks and finally here!
Hands down the best MLW event ever. Grant Miller is special!!!
Has to be one of my all time favorite series! Great job to all!!!!! Congrats on pulling off top shelf content. It is also great to see you guys grow. Keep them coming!!!!!
I’m so happy for Kyle, and all of mlw. Kyle’s passion in his voice for what he does is unmatched
What a hype series. I love watching this league grow. Chicago needs to be a recurring event.
Hoping for more of the " showing the full at bat " moments in Crucial at bats going forward! That was awesome and hopefully is a main stay. Especially in big time moments
I love that Granderson was so into the game there in the 4th inning of game three. Great series for both teams.
Only real Mlw fans can like this
I am
I am
Only those who know Granderson has always been Kyle’s idol and now they’re bros.
Guess I'm not a follower! Let's go Downtown D Backs! Let's go Knorp!.... the 2 most overrated players are Rudy and Drew.
@@robertmcbride7309 No one overrates Rudy bud
Seeing myself in an MLW video after watching since ‘18-19 is so awesome man. Such a fun experience from seeing the boys play and getting the chance to meet legend CG. Hope y’all come back to IL🍻
I've been looking forward to MLW coming to Chicago for a LONG time! I wish I could have been there, but I couldn't. Hope y'all can come back someday!
“You pitch to Grant we’ll pitch to Ryan”
A huge shout out to L. Fleer for selling the Preds series win
(I’m a Preds fan)
It was a hard watch 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Crazy series. The magic is close to clinch the playoff spot!
The energy was off the charts!!! Definitely need to come down to Texas
Love Curtis Granderson! Still cherish the memories when he was playing with the Blue Jays.
Best series I’ve watched yet
It should be on ESPN
Wow. Those are some lucky fans.
This was the absolute best MLW series I've ever watched.
Great job teams. Great job production.
Run support against 7 is hard to get. RJ locks in. Warda, G Milly was G Money.
The top of the 4 th drama full pitch count was better drama then the last movie fight scene Deadpool/Wolverine😅
This series was so fun to watch I got fired up with that grand slam and Alec Warda
Rudy definitely didn’t touch first base on his homerun 🤣
Welcome to Chicago. The welcome wagon will be out when y'all come back next year. I just wish we could host a World Series here.
Greatest series to date
Great to see this league growing, truly special!
gotta comeback to chicago next year! ELECTRIC 🔥
Curtis Granderson is a stand up dude.
I still hate the Yankees lol
Great series!!
This was a great experience, thank you mlw❤
Should’ve had Ackerman batting every game instead of Bonham honestly
kyle - this video was so freaking lit omg. kudos and congrats to your ever continuing success 🔥🔥
You guys Need a Stadium.
Warda keeps homering cuz he has the Rawlings icon looking bat
That was absolute cinema despite the camera angle change
@pipeitup this should be comment of the week. Ryan Kracht hit his first two singles all year. Quite literally the Giancarlo stanton of MLW.
That game three had the electricity of a MLB playoff game
Finally it’s here!
Greatest MLW series of all time
Wow, great venue to play at and great series to watch !
You guys should definitely do more full ABs, maybe one full AB for one player from each team, each inning
I gotta say this series was MAGIC!
