I think that's too demanding on the hardware side of things. Game would need to retain its 60fps while it calculates dozens upon dozens of puddles and their possible movements.. way too demanding.

nah f1 2020 is better but ever so slightly. the handling in f1 2020 is better than 2019, there is my team career instead of the normal regular driver career theres classic cars and alternate layouts for some tracks. the only thing there isnt is f2 incorporated into driver career as a mini story.
They're using creators who consistently get 100s of views to promote this game, this fills me with confidence and not at all like they signed an NDA to be nothing but positive.
This whole game looks like it's from 2009, to be honest. Codemasters themselves have made better-looking racers around that time, such as "DiRT 2". The detail in that game holds up, apart from some limitations. Dirt on the environment and vehicles look great, water looks great, other effects look great, and so on. - "Dirt Rally" (the first) looks better yet, and that's from 2015. - This game looks so dry and simplistic in comparison. I know it also needs to render a whole platoon of cars and more complex environments and they want it to not budge in performance at all, but then we have so much more computing-power today. - And there's games like Assetto and GT... This doesn't touch any of those.
All of the suspension/physics might be going on in the background/code, but my problem with it is, you *still can't SEE IT* represented in the graphics/animations. The car suspension does not bounce, you don't see the wheels or axles move independently. And the computer AI *still* continue to follow each other in a single-filed line, like they are part of a train. It all just makes for a very unrealistic aesthetic. Other than all of the updated, accurate liveries and tracks, Assetto Corsa mods still look & feel more real.🤦♂

So much for better physics - when there is barely any damage or crash modeling. And I want to be able to walk over to the car and get in. Or get out if I crash. I want to race with virtualized real-time F1 cars that are actually on the track at that moment - superimposed in real time on my screen. I also want to see the crowd and active trackside personnel and pit crew moving around. These are features I wanted over 10 years ago!
Track licensing has to be approved by Liberty and the FOM, we are lucky to get MyTeam, Portimao, Paul Riccard and the Icons. Liberty and FOM don't like anything that's not part of the official season.

please change online multiplayer lobbys, its always 5 times waiting for everyone to synchronize and connect from lobby till race start and in lobby the timer resets everytime as soon as one player joins or leaves the lobby is crazy. it takes up to 15 minutes to START a 5 lap race and this repeats itself. in 1 hour your driving maybe 3 5laps races is wild.

After iRacing and Assetto Corsa F1 mods these EA's F1 games feel like joke. Sorry to say it though. They look amazing and the presentation is incredible but the tyre grip, handling and force feedback are ridiculously bad compared to real simulators. Even Automobilista 2 is much better. 100 euros for this? You gotta be kidding! Save the money and buy a decent gaming PC.
I thinks the improvements are great, but the game lacks of graphic upgrade, still looks the from F1 2018 game...Where are the graphic realism improvements? Games like Driveclub from 2014 still looks way better than this game. The looks are too clean, no filter, no noise, no realistic camera shake. Please, when locking up the tires let it produce smoke, patch on the tire and vibrate in the FFB when this happens. It such a crucial part of the experience to know where the limit is!!
Maybe iRacing spoiled me, but just driving off line on the straights to cool the tires still isn't that great for rain physics. Needs to be grippier off the normal, rubbered in, line.
Because it wouldn't be new for F1 24 then would it. they have to hold certain things back each year so that it can be used for the following year that's just the way it is.
They should make an unique platform called "F1" and only charge us for DLCs that includes every new season grid. They aren't working on any engine update or at least the visual upgrades are minimal (Btw the RB20 and the SF24 should not reflect the light the same way as other cars because both cars painting are matte)... Tyre model, aero model, among others, are things that can be included on any patch (like any other sim) and they would have a bigger audience by making their player's money worth a little bit more.

Track licensing has to be approved by Liberty and the FOM, we are lucky to get MyTeam, Portimao, Paul Riccard and the Icons.

After watching this I would say that play Monoposto on android or iOS and use custom liveries of 2024 of F1 series in it. It is far better than this garbage 🗑️
please change online multiplayer lobbys, its always 5 times waiting for everyone to synchronize and connect from lobby till race start and in lobby the timer resets everytime as soon as one player joins or leaves the lobby is crazy. it takes up to 15 minutes to START a 5 lap race and this repeats itself. in 1 hour your driving maybe 3 5laps races is wild.

New Classic cars from 1975 to 2020, new cars new brands for supercars, Intro from the Codemasters F1 games from 2010 to 2014 race intro, Classics tracks, Braking point 3, livery designer like RR3 and F1 mobile racing, new HUD, Short track Layout And Drive to Survive intro must be added and returned in F1 24

After iRacing and Assetto Corsa F1 mods these EA's F1 games feel like joke. Sorry to say it though. They look amazing and the presentation is incredible but the tyre grip, handling and force feedback are ridiculously bad compared to real simulators. Even Automobilista 2 is much better. 100 euros for this? You gotta be kidding! Save the money and buy a decent gaming PC.

I thinks the improvements are great, but the game lacks of graphic upgrade, still looks the from F1 2018 game...Where are the graphic realism improvements? Games like Driveclub from 2014 still looks way better than this game. The looks are too clean, no filter, no noise, no realistic camera shake.
I don't get way bother with the mechanics realism if the game still looks fake and too clean.

Bring back classic cars, and add a classic career mode. Also add in a more realistic handling model, I have a feeling it might be just as bad as F1 23. Better engine sounds would be nice too. Asetto Corsa F1 mods sound amazing.

Please, when locking up the tires let it produce smoke, patch on the tire and vibrate in the FFB when this happens. It such a crucial part of the experience to know where the limit is!!
Maybe iRacing spoiled me, but just driving off line on the straights to cool the tires still isn't that great for rain physics. Needs to be grippier off the normal, rubbered in, line.

They should make an unique platform called "F1" and only charge us for DLCs that includes every new season grid. They aren't working on any engine update or at least the visual upgrades are minimal (Btw the RB20 and the SF24 should not reflect the light the same way as other cars because both cars painting are matte)... Tyre model, aero model, among others, are things that can be included on any patch (like any other sim) and they would have a bigger audience by making their player's money worth a little bit more.
