As a newbie to Buhurt in a very small team with barely any experience, your videos are an invaluable resource. Thank you for what you re doing and the awesome information
Thank you so much mate! I hope it helps! I know when I started I wish I could of watched videos so I could do more training at home and have a better understanding of the sport.
I’d say as a center it’s also important to know your team’s strengths and weaknesses. 90% of melees are won by the team who gets the first takedown, so you’ve got to work the side of the field that you think can secure you that the fastest without losing a fighter on the other side.
Would you make a video on good/painful areas to strike? Right now I am mostly just hitting in the solar plexus, or on the side between the ribs and hips, as I kind of struggle to reach much else, but I don't know if that would even be doing anything if people are in armour. And then with people >6ft I hardly even do that as it's difficult to avoid hitting the groin. Thanks.
Sam my name is jay I’m a retired fighter, I was wounded bad an I was wondering if I could get you guys to sign a tunic and I’ll frame it for him I am teaching him how to fight .can. I buy a tunic signed by your team

that throw is very close to a throw used by the samurai called ganseki nage. it means rock throw.

Do you find yourself missing an open…beard? Or do you find that having no gap under the blade of the axe means it gets caught up less?
6:15 probs a stupid question but what's a counter fighter? (if i'm not mishearing?)
3:50 you mean the enemy floater???? Or your own?
