Thank you for another wonderful roleplay, Veda. I liked the variety of questions. When you asked about a thought that makes me happy, I thought "God loves me". When I'm feeling inadequate, it's nice to think about how God considers each of us to be important people.
The wonderfully soothing voice of Veda is back, carrying us away on calm seas with the waves lapping on the shore. I loved those long videos she did, describing holidays, cruises, houses for sale. I reckon she's a busy lady these days with a career to think of, plus a husband and dog, ( the last two hopefully in that order). Great to see you back.
I’ve got good news for the therapist, I recently quit my old job and I’m now working a far better job. My old job caused me quite a bit of anxiety, but with this new one I feel far more motivated and I’m more happy!

My therapist (one of them lols) just let me know last week that she’s in a burn out and I won’t be able to see her at least til after august. This really is a blow to my mental health, since I usually see her every week… my other therapist I only see once a month unfortunately, so I’m really not sure what to do. She suggested that I can start another “course” w another therapist, but it just takes so much time finding a new one that clicks w u and that you can bond with… I’m really going through it lmao, especially since I’m finishing my studies in august, so I’m just so busy w everything. Sorry, long story short, these vids really help me calm down, so thank you for making them! Also, if anyone has any advice on my situation, pls let me know🫶
