Just leaved this beautifull island on march 24. 2023 with such nice memories.
One of the greatest places to spend a quiet and peacefull time, far from mass-tourismus.
Best way to explore on a rented 125cc motorbike you find lonely and quiet beaches.
It is realy a paradise. No Mc Donalds etc.... even not a 7-11 (but enough local stores), no Jetsky or bananaboats
Real Thailand and pure nature. This is a dream.

Hi, nice ride video. Did you ever find a town center, place to go shopping (food), etc? If so, where was it and please describe it. Thanks.

as I wrote in the subtitles, the structures are mainly located along the road that crosses the island from north to south on the west coast.
I didn't notice any malls but small shops, several (empty) restaurants, pharmacies.
I think the houses near the port of arrival can be considered as a centre, as there was a sports field, school, police station.
we were staying in a residence along the road (where I did the first shots with the drone) but I can tell you that with the scooter you could get from one end of the island to the other in 20 minutes

@@walkingshadow3331 Thanks for the details. I've seen numerous videos of this island, but never any center of commerce. I wasn't expecting much because it's small and a bit remote, but I figured that even the locals need some place to shop.
