OMG Chrystal ! This is Real ! I practically just went thru this today ! I have been so stressed out with everything around me, exactly what you said. I just got out of solitude with the Lord because dat was all I could do! He gave me the same words u said ! Phillipians 4:6-7, Giving my self Grace, writing down 3 things I am grateful for, and writing/celebrating my wins @ the end of each day. This is so spot on! Solitude works y'all. Please try it! God is waiting for you to talk to Him ❤
As a newly single mom of teenager and so many responsibilities this really helps me with tools and tips to accomplish my goals. Between work, sitting on an executive board for an organization, parenting and starting a Ph.D program in June. I know I can only do these things with Christ and getting control over my life, emotional, physically, and spiritually. I don’t have social media but I am a news junkie. Going to stop that. I also watch a lot of TH-cam. Need to be intentional about the time I spend. That will allow more time for self care and take care of what I need. Thank you for this podcast. So helpful.
This message is right on time for me. I just went through a week and a half of the worst exhaustion, depression, mental breakdown I’ve had in years. I had to take a week off of work. I was taking long naps throughout the day and only left my house to attend a workout class, walk my dog, and get my kid to and from school. Prayer, patience, and honesty with myself is what got me through it. I am happy to say that I’m back at work and feeling myself again. Glory to God ❤️
Loving Sister Chrystal...this is an another help for me through you by God. He says Isaiah 41..I'll strengthen you and I'll help you. When i am waiting to you for instructions I was received this. I got these things and I practice them. Thank you much and blessings to you...❤️🙏
Thank you Chrystal this has really blessed me. You named the factors that came to head for me in 2023 so I had to press pause and gained a lot of negativity from friends and family. That helped me to know I was carrying too much of others responsibilities and I am ok with that. God bless you❤
I was diagnosed with a golfball sized stage 3 colon cancer this year. I was rushed into surgery. Then came the chemo. I am still trying to process it all. It was so much. So much stress and anxiety. They got all the cancer, but the whole process was so overwhelming for me personally so I really needed this today.
Thanks Chrystal for bringing or sharing such practical perspectives that we can employ in our lives in order that we can be able to live God filled joyful lives, doing lives gracefully....love it...God is using you in some mysterious ways....Be Blessed gal!..🙏🏽❤

I was having to pay to fix it and breaking down so I knew it was better to get another car. It's a used 2017 RAV4, but it's new to me. I'm enjoying it! My neighbor has placed monitoring witchcraft on me and I need prayer for deliverance I believe because I am having trouble breaking free from it.
