    Family of 6, one bathroom. 3 getting ready for work at same time. Me; I'll just stay in bed until everyone is gone. 2 hours later 😴

      @@lauratams6650 oh definitely! ... That is if a person doesn't have trouble getting to sleep.. And then when they DO get to sleep they wake up 3-4 hours later and can't get back to sleep . And then by the time they *do* get back to sleep, some of the family is getting up to go to work.

    So would you, or have you continued ?? Interestingly enough, I do get up early, hit the gym, meditate, BUT I don't read, write and visualize. And if you're saying it's all important then I have to put it all together... Thank you for posting this, it was great to see someone step out of the comfort zone and report on it.

      Yes!!! Shortly after I filmed this, I went on a trip and haven’t fully gotten back into it. I’ve been picking and choosing which tasks I do each day however I do find that I felt the best when I did do every single aspect. It just sets your mind so right. Love that you already have a solid routine though

    Your Miracle Morning routine is really cool. It's cool if you did it for a day, but it's even cooler after a week. It's hard for me to wake up in the morning because I sleep a lot in the morning, but I really want to try Miracle Morning someday. Can you film your week more specifically with other videos? I'd like to know more details.

    Sounds like a morning routine of a muslim. Wake up for Fair Prayer (5am), make wudu (ablution), and pray (meditate). Great video. new subscriber.
