It makes me sad to go on this and see so many people fighting in the comment section. You all found your way to this video in hopes of improving yourselves but from what you guys are commenting it doesn't seem you are improving anything. Keep mediating it will help get rid of the negativity and anger you have inside and in turn will help you to treat others with respect and love. I hope all of you someday soon will find the love and light inside you. Namaste.

Nicole Paduano Critical thinking is vital for any kind of "science". People who state that some frequency can do this and that with no scientific research or fact are harmful to others. It can cause some to avoid the doctors in the believes that this can cure them.

***** Yeah show me the research papers on what you just stated and we are good. Your brain waves doesnt change according to what you hear around you. i listened to that video and literally nothing happened except i think my ears hurt a bit after. And placebo can help people it just shows how much your own thinking can assist in different matter like, stop smoking, fear and sicknesses where it helps to act in a certain way. If something happens because of placebo the "drug" is BS but your imagination does the rest.

+Adrian Flo hey please don't comment back and forth on my comment. If you would like to be knowledgable in a subject, you need to take responsibility into your own hands and research it for yourself. No one is responsible for showing you research. If you choose not to believe in this, that is your choice. You have the right the believe anything you chose. But before you adhere to specific beliefs be sure you are knowledgable in all sides. There is a substantial amount of research proving these experiments as factual occurrences and real capabilities of the mind. Please take the time to do your own research on the matter before you speak rash to others about their knowledge on a topic that they have taken the time to learn about.
I am not interested in an argument on the subject. So please do not continue to pursue one on my comment. As the original comment was about how we should not treat each other in such manners.

Your first problem is that you dont have the capability to moderate yourself. Stopping completely isnt the answer. It wont teach you anything to avoid all your problems. Youll overdo spirituality instead and become a basic white girl of spirituality. Using words like "namaste" "we are all god" "its all just energy, man"
The worst thing you guys do is to avoid pain and suffering. You believe that saying happy things is the same as being happy. its a fake it till you make it mentality.

@@monikaludwick1840 then there is definite misinformation going on out there, if he is truly correct or I have been misunderstanding or misinterpreting what Theta states are all about. My understanding is, is that Theta is a dreamlike state, the one we go into just before we sleep. This is the state that we are in when we have our most intuitive moments like when we wake from a dream with an idea, a poem, an idea for a painting for example. It also happens to be the state that children are in most of the time, you know, dreaming fantasizing having imaginary playmates? Thats what I call Theta. Its the creative state! Now, please correct me if I'm wrong. Chow!

@@kellykirkpatrick4992 it is exactly for this reason that its good for learning!!
Think about it... Kids are learning all the time! Youre proven to have better memory with the deeper processing you have. So I like this idea of it being creative because a "creative brain state" is where we are curious and where we manipulate the information to make sense of the world through the filter of this information. I definitely am not a perfect source, but university professors do their lifes work and have to be fluent in the information (because the idea is that their research builds on it) so I trust him.

@@monikaludwick1840 exactly! Have you ever woken up from a nap or sleep and sorta leapt out of bed with some new idea? Its that state, where we are most creative and Thomas Edison, have you heard what he did to capture all of his amazing ideas for inventions? He'd put a metal ball in his hand and a metal bowl would sit beneath the had holding the metal ball. He would drift off to sleep (theta) and when the ball would fall from his hand and hit the bowl it would jar him awake and at that point he was able to capture his thoughts before they would disapear from his memory. Pretty cool, huh?

Practice is what it takes! In the beginning, your brain will try to analyze the experience, snapping you back into 'normal'. But you can turn the analysis off and just experience it. At first, it may only be seconds at a time, but keep at it, and soon you can control the length. You may not always be able to 'control' the thoughts and images that come to you, but you will always be able to easily remember you are in a dream state, and end it when you wish. Good for you, Cormac! You are doing well. Cheers!

Cormac McCarthy i think the best way for you to reach their easily is to find what stage that was, you know it has like 5 different frequencies so this could mean that before you could enjoy the state fully you've already snapped out due to the next hz coming up, get me?? so my best advise is to find t what time it's started or ended ( ended is much better because you would have finished that state and pick a time like 2 to 9 mins before time) and ask the producer (owner of this youtube account) what frequency that is if you have no idea and look for a video with the particular frequency (hz) to continuously use that give the same effect as your experience but for a very long time. and let me get this, you dream the most random thought or you it came as an imagination/visualization (very vividly) but felt like a dream?? and if you've found out or know pls let me know what time or frequency (hz) was used at that stage. thanks in advance

My first goal, on my first day, was to see if I could reduce some of my chronic pain. I have Erythromelalgia. I am on Percoset 4x/daily, constantly icing my feet, and never sleep more than 2 hours at a time. I haven't had any pain meds since early yesterday. I have been listening to this tone for 11 minutes. So far I have not felt the need for ice. I haven't felt near tears, and the pain is just an edge right now. I am still something of a sceptic, but I'm willing to try.

I use ear buds because that intensifies the oscillation in waves when contacting the bone in the ear. The oscillations go directly into my head. It's like chanting OM when meditating. You let the effects of the vibrations go to work not just the sound that you hear. This is the first time I've listened to this and I did experience moments of pure nothingness. I have damage to my spinal cord because of MS. I wonder if using this in conjunction with visualizing healing and repair would help me. It's just an experiment but you never know. I believe that vibrations are at the very root of all things in the physical universe and effect more than we know or are aware of.

Jaxdia, your headaches could be from having your headphones too loud, or mental fatigue. Binaural entrainment is like exercising your brain & over time you can listen to them more & more.
Theta waves are produced during meditation, listening to binaurals helps you reach higher states of consciousness & awareness because they literally re wire your brain over time. It takes daily listening to feel the effects. So don't get discouraged, just be patient with yourself =)

I am thinking that I prefer pure organic theta waves as well .
Sometimes I find myself wondering through some of these videos and not quite sure what to think, and start noticing that I do know what I feel about different vibrations. If it doesn't feel right , it's time to take flight .
Trust your instincts. What you feel is the body's reaction to what you think. Humans are very intelligent creatures. How you react to what you feel is also your body's intelligence giving you information to prepare yourself for decisions.
As if anyone ever believed anything from intuition.
Personally, this is my first time with the pure waves and I have to say I strongly agree with this transmission.

At least one other commenter and myself layers these tones with music. This pure tone is far better than weird variations of the waves that layer in meditative music and isochronic tones that may or may not line up with more interesting music. It makes me wonder how many people, if any, has made actual songs that layered brain waves with instruments/voice that utilize what we no about these waves affecting our brains. If I knew, as a musician, a certain tone would accentuate the mournful lyrics of a song by using the same waves our brains emit when depressed then I would definitely experiment with that. The same goes for Gamma waves emanating the pressured situation vibe. More practically, I suffer from chronic nerve pain and listen to Alpha and Theta waves for relief. I would love to make music that might ease nerve pain for myself and others in my situation while still sounding like good music.

Subtly your resistance to defocus improves and you can meditate for longer periods of time.
Its a very useful tool and I high implore anyone who uses it, really puts some effort in, it takes time, consistency and patience for some people more than others.

Johnathon aaron Same here. I have extreme ADHD. But when I do yoga, meditate, and listen to Theta waves I am able to slow my mind down and catch up with myself. These are all the things I do prior to studying and it is incedible. Someone just recently mentioned to me that Theta waves help with those who have ADHD. So HQ Binaural I appreciate that this is pure theta!!! (I love the no additivies note). TY!

I'm not nearly as badly off as I used to be, but I still struggle at times. I am currently experimenting with combining this with a music track I personally find very relaxing to help calm my mind down and to stay on target.
Also, thank so much for setting these up as well^-^

This person has spent time and effort in the trust that this will elevate others to personal growth. Any naysayer is still a toddler in nappies and should move on. However in saying that If a person meditates to true form the benefits will reveal themselves. What does this mean to the naysayer? (what am I doing they cant focus this far) ............

Whats ridiculous is that people here are supposedly listening to something that calms them down and works, but then there are all these people who are unhappy that other people think it's fake or that it doesn't work. Whether you think it works or not, calms you or not. Taking the time to complain on either side is just hilarious. People will be people, so just be happy and ignore 99% of it. Try to change people's minds in the comment section of TH-cam is, just funny. But, I suppose I would just ask you guys to see the irony either way. But, i don't expect anyone to adhere to anything really, other than to there own ignorance, period. And, we are all ignorant in our own and unique special way. So just smile at all of it, because its all just a waste of time and energy. Boy i feel exhausted just saying this though.....which is indeed more irony. Don't be stupid, lmao

It's obviously very personal and individual to all of us so I can only speak for myself but I just love that buzz of calm energy I feel in my head when I have a session where this properly sinks in and I'm able to adjust myself to the Theta Waves. I go from times of not being able to keep myself anchored to one thought or give things my full attention (feels more like Beta), true brain noise, to feeling so much more aware of and tied to what I'm putting my attention to next or choosing to think about. Brilliant.

I've then paid attention to what happened to my system. To be honest I didn't expect much, much less something has changed in me for minutes afterwars. It defintely feels like being more relaxed and aware at the same time. Thanks!

Will def. use with the earphones later before bed. Thanks and sharing it...

    • @Dragoneer

Juels Yaklin it does not work without a stereo headset of some sort, hence why it is called "binaural" beats - bi meaning two. Where the left channel sends a wave of a particular frequency, and the right channel a wave of a different frequency. The "beat" is the difference between the two frequencies, hence these videos are labeled according to the frequency difference i.e. 8Hz, 10Hz, 40Hz, each one having a different effect on neural activity. If you understand the concept of binaural beats, you will know that what you are describing is the placebo effect - where the outcome of this is influenced by what other people have told you, not through what you are actually thinking. This was two years ago, I hope you have realized since then...

Theta waves are indicators that a person is sleeping. When theta waves are first detected, they are in stage 1 of sleep. Upon 50% or more of theta waves in the brain, one is categorized in stage 2 sleep. Both stage 1 and 2 are classified as "light sleep." Delta waves occur the same as theta waves, but mark stages 3 and 4, or deep sleep. It's not effective to play all at the same time because they are used for different purposes. For instance, Beta brainwaves help keep you awake and focused!
