    After several requests, I decided to make a completely pure Gamma Wave track. Here it is. " 2 hours of pure gamma brainwaves, boosting your focus, learning, concentration and memory. Enjoy!

      Thank you SO SO MUCH for making this. I have been feeling asleep too the one with 40hz, rain, and breathing for weeks. I like the purity of this. Please make more our bass times of 2+he long. Maybe with some wobble or phase shifting!

      ❤ My deceased brother and I would always talk about “coincidences.” There’s this awe-inspiring phenomenon… how situations seem to fit like puzzle pieces… one flows into another… sometimes, it’s several of these points in time that flow together like a dance routine… serendipity at it’s finest, some might say. I believe that certain events don’t “just happen.” It’s obviously the work of intelligent design… the work of a higher power (I call it God) caring so much for us that He weaves seemingly serendipitous occurrences together to give us just what we need at the precise time.
      I was intentionally looking for something to prepare my brain & being for a morning of focus. I started scrolling and as I glanced at this particular channel’s post, my spirit & gut (God) said, “Yes! That one!” Yes, I needed to read something like what you wrote 😁 precisely at this time 🥰. I thank you for answering the call upon your spirit; to post your comment, and I thank God for whispering to you 🥰👏🏻 May you receive a return on your kindness (provision) today… pressed down, shaken together and running over (Matthew 6:38) ❣️🥰👊🏻

      Many of the videos on TH-cam are 40hz binaural tones. A binaural tone is an auditory illusion where a slightly different tone played in each ear. Your brain perceives a third beat at the difference in frequency between the two tones. This is why they sound different

    Being an Engineer, I thought I would give it a quick look. Reads 40 -0.00012 Hz on my GPS calibrated counter. For my cheesy sound card, that is very impressive. So crank it up!! You do need real headphones to produce the tone. May couple this to a Near IR led panel and zap the brain back to my 20's. Woo Hoo.

    Pair this with breathing right. Deep breath for 4 count. Hold for 5 count. Breath out for 6 count. It should be a slight straining push. Do both together while meditating on counting backwards from 100 to 0 while focusing on picturing each number as you slowly count them down and I promise you the change in your focus, and attention is incredible and noticeable! I do this for 10-15 every morning. It’s the BEST help and alleviation I’ve ever found for my really bad ADHD. My life’s improved in several ways since doing this regularly

    • @wstan1410

      I swear I LOVE the comment section on TH-cam! Question, how did you learn of this technique and how long did it take before you saw your ADHD affected? I’m afraid I need to go up on the meds and I don’t want to yet I don’t want to fail out of grad school or get fired. I’m gonna try this though for seven days and report back. 💯👊🏾

    • @wstan1410
      @wstan1410 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      This was HARD! I decided to start with a lower number like 20. I started counting backwards from 20 and doing the breathing and only made it to five before my 10 minute timer went off. I’ll keep trying. Towards the end, I felt like I was getting better.

    • @wstan1410
      @wstan1410 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      Last update, I listened to this track with headphones while watching another TH-cam video on my laptop on the 4-5-6 breathing technique and it helped me a lot. I watched the ball move up and down to cue my breathing, while imagining the numbers going down from 100. This definitely works!

    • @TheRealMontgomeryRick
      @TheRealMontgomeryRick 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      @@wstan1410 I sorta figured it out. I heard Andrew hubermans podcast “huberman lab” on focus and attention and focus, and holding focus, is closely tied to two things. Your eyes. And your attention. Attention and focus are different. I sorta figured out you can exercise it like a muscle.

      I did your method with your deep breath work, and when I was counting down around 60s my body was feeling like it’s spinning, as I was counting the numbers down I felt the sensation more and more and fell I was getting nauseous spinning so much without even moving physically.. It was really hard to go down the numbers, I was losing track of the number that I was at although I managed to finish and It was an amazing experience. Thank you for the experience. To add to this is this “gamma” brainwave as earth people call it you can tap into your other selves as in your E.T counterparts on different parts of the universe, and start channeling them through you and get, not from the human mind, because the human mind is a receiver and transmitter ONLY it’s not designed for any other purpose to receive and transmit. Don’t think of the how you will know the how when your higher self or the other E.T beings you are connected to come through to you. Enjoy this earth experience

    Many of these sound wave video promise tingling or something of that nature after five minutes. However for me none of them ever delivered. In scientific studies that aim to produce gamma waves in the brain using sound, they usually have a 1000Hz pure tone (could be any other note I guess, 432hz maybe ;)) and then modulate the amplitude or volume of the sound at 40Hz. I haven't found anything on TH-cam that replicates that approach, but I think it should work better than just playing a 40Hz tone
