This animation... it just blows my mind how well it represents the saddening fate of Isaac, and his dying mind before suffocating. That Isaac design is also adorable! Just all props to the creator for such a disturbing yet amazing animation.
This resumes the game's plot in a short and hurtful way, in the end you realize how the game is just Isaac's imagination as he tries to imagine himself in the world he and his Dad created along with Bumbo, and how the more you advance, the more you see Isaac is slowly dying out of breath, hence Hush is a boss, who refers to Isaac fighting his will to escape the chest he hid himself in, and lastly Delirium, the being which represents Isaac going delirious in his final moments, who is who he last challengues to then meet his death. The only way you can get a "Good ending" is dying in the game, which represents Isaac escaping the chest he trapped himself in. And the dogma's ending which shows how all the game is just Isaac and his Dad writing a story where Isaac shows all his psychological trauma and his Dad helps him be better is heartwarming but even as much as i would like to, i just believe this to be one of Isaac's wishes, where his Dad never left him, rather than reality, where he sees himself as the worst person and the cause of all the problems his family went through.
It is an incredible potrail of Isaac. finding comfort in his freinds Guppy and Super Bum. only for it to end so tear jerkingly. Its hard to portray such a tragedy in a few minutes. good job

Massive Theory: Issac doesnt have hair, Not because he’s a cancer survivor, Because he’s stuck in time, looping and each run resets this time sometimes even as different people. Eden is a perfect example, Eden is always different and just somehow breaks the loop. Issac is stuck as a 5 year old in a time loop which is why he has no hair. But In reality, there was no Issac to begin with, He was already dead in that chest and we know it.
