I listen to the Opry a lot and a really good friend of mine is the premier historian of the show. Like when the Opry doesn’t know something about its own history, they called this dude. I have said to him for years that I thought Steven needed to be a member and when Ricky came out on Saturday, I texted like three times in a row, it’s happening it’s happening!
I was listening that night. To say Steven Curtis was surprised was an understatement. He literally was speechless and it's so deserved.
