What is a Family?
-A basic social unit comprising of father , mother and Children leaving together or not (Nuclear Family)
-A basic Social Unit Consisting of a single parent with children
-A group of people related by blood, comprising of father, mother, children , cousins e.t.c (Extended Family)
-The church of christ comprising of men ,women, young, old, married and single people
VISION- Is a clear mental picture of what you intend to see once it's completed
Why have a Vision?
-A vision answers the question what.
-You need to have a vision for your personal life and Family.
MISSION - A short statement if why an organization exists. Answers the question why and how.
CO-VALUES - This are what supports the vision, what shapes the culture. The principals, beliefs and values that guide you. This are the non negotiables tht makes you stand out a man.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES- This are broad timed odjectives of end goals. This are the steps that you can take to achieve your goals. They should b realistic and smart.
FAMILY HOUSEHOLD RULES
Examples;
-In this home we treat people and property with respect. In this family you knock on closed doors before entering.
-Having electronic curfews.
