- I visited Tehachapi (Mojave Sub) for three days and this video is day one of my trip out there. I railfanned 11 to 12 hours each day and let me say that it tired me out, but it was worth it. Met a couple of railfans out there and chatted, which was pretty cool. I will break down the trains down below if you want to skip to a certain type of train, meet, dpu, etc. Thanks for watching, commenting, liking and subscribing.

Love the military train. The equipment was from 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team 1st Cavalry Division @ Fort Hood, TX returning to base from NTC Rotation 22-06 @ Fort Irwin, CA.
Thanks for the comment and I'm impressed with your knowledge

👌😄
The engineers don't wave from the trains anymore, not like they did back in 1954.
Sometimes you get a friendly conductor or engineer, but not all the time. It's nice when they at least blow their horn when you wave at them.
Sometimes I get a tear in my eye when I hear an old train in the night
Thanks guys talking to a conductor would surely make my day.
