I observed some sedimentary rock formations today that were filled with roundish holes on the exposed surface. It contained distinct cross bedding. On closer examination some of the holes still contained coal from the trees that were deposited in the beds. The coal being softer than the surrounding rock was eroding away and leaving the holes behind in the rock formation that was miles long and a couple hundred feet thick. Some places the strata were bent almost 180 degrees.
I am thinking that would have to have been laid down by water to make a rock of consistent material, 100’ thick, with debris dispersed in it and the wood was coalfield. But this formation is also in the center of the Great Plains of the North American continent and far from any landslides.

Ken Ham and Andrew Snelling are Australian, aren't they? Both of whom are quite nutty, considering the ridiculous beliefs they hold.

People wind and rain did not make what we see. They got together at a slow impact each trying to not touch one another. Think of it like cake icing or say snow. And it came in at a oblique angle but now they are the same or close about 23 to 26 degrees. Yes this happened and made the ring of fire and everything else you see. Yes I can prove it. It can be seen and measured..
