@@railpast what i meant was drones in general, Brantford is just too congested to fly a drone. But if i had a business with the track going right past the front door, being a railfan, that would be the ultimate best, wouldnt have to have a model railway at home!
When are you filming in Brantford or Paris again? I’m from Guelph and I really like your Brantford and Paris CN and trackmobile videos Cheers from Guelph Ontario
Hey,is that the Canadian National E.M.D GP-7 Locomotive #4136 in Canada in Spring of 2016 which was built for Freight Service in 1954 then in 2018 the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad orded the unit and repainted it and renumbered it 8218?
+GEES44DC Yes, nothing but dirt at the old TH&B Station. There is one at the plant, not sure why they prefer to push up. CN always ran around the train there.
It was a job but before we had our own power we had all kinds of CN power from the new SD70I's to the rebuilt 6000's and then some of the old LMX c-40-8's. We were a "dumping ground" for most of their newer power for awhile. Miss those days! And keep posting these vids. LOVE THEM!
I am also a railway enthusiast my favorite UK railway was the London & North Eastern from 1923- 1948 the CME was Sir Nigel Gresley who built The A4 class Steam locomotive engine Number 4468 Mallard which still holds the world steam record for the fastest at 126 MPH
You need to get out more. :-) Canada has 100 mph passenger trains and 60 mph freight trains. This is a spur line that only has one industry and is 10 mph speed or less.
It seem the trains r getting bigger, r they going down this more or the same number of times when cn did it. And with OSR doing this job, who's job is it to maintain the line.?
+Ginger Rail First it is SOR Southern Ontario Railway, not OSR. The maintenance I believe is now handled by SOR although CN just finished ripping up all the track that ran east past the old TH&B station. :-(
+railpast ls that engine the SOR brought from CP and is newly painted, I like the colours. Does SOR do any other lines that CN or CP didn't want to run. I not talk about SOR main lines but other jobs like this one. Cando does most the jobs for CN in the Millhaven sub.
+Ginger Rail SOR is now part of Genesse and Wyoming so have operations in many locations. They do Hamilton Ontario yard and most industries in Hamilton.
Neither can I! Did you have assistance recording the Burford Spur action, or was the train stopping so that you can leapfrog it. I'll add the link to my Brantford video. Anthony.
That is some of the best street running that I have ever seen
I went to it once and it is one busy road for a street runner
love to see old Clarence street years since I was there , great video bud .thanks
Glad you enjoyed it.
Wow! You've got it all covered, dashcam, drone, and trackside, i doubt that anybody can top that!!
No drone then but the others are correct.

Never been in the area behind Brant Foods at the right time to see one comin' down the grade until now. Neat!
All gone now but CN does come down as far as the food store to set off and pick up Ingenia's cars
Did you notice, in the beginning of the video, that CN geep is rolling nose low? Wonder if the springs in that truck are worn out??
No just the track. :-)
Amazing video! Do you know if and when they still use this line?
They alwasy ran on Wednesday. Don't run anymore. :-(
Lots of great shots in this one! :)
Thanks
nice video and great catch of all the train's in your video
Thanks
railpast your welcome and you should check out my new video's on my channel
Lots of great shots of the line
Thanks
DON’T listen on headphones @ 23:24 !! My teeth started hurting.

How do they determine that these raggedy tracks are safe for train traffic?
Speed limit 5-10 mph :-)
Did they lose access to that runaround track?
+GEES44DC Yes, nothing but dirt at the old TH&B Station. There is one at the plant, not sure why they prefer to push up. CN always ran around the train there.
Interesting.
CN 393-394 unless changed ran from Portland Maine to Quebec. Worked those 2 trains for a long time!
I bet you had fun. :-)

Is the entire railway network in Canada in such a horrible shape?
You need to get out more. :-) Canada has 100 mph passenger trains and 60 mph freight trains. This is a spur line that only has one industry and is 10 mph speed or less.
Rudolf Fabrie It looks better than the mexican railroad
seen this move in other vids... never seen them come in with NINE cars... a relatively big move for that day
Yes, all gone now. Ingenia uses a trackmobile. :-(
that sucks
My Gt Uncle lived in your town over 100 years ago he from London UK I still live in North West UK
Thanks for looking.
That's quite a grade near the beginning of the spur
Yes, leads to CN mainline Dundas Sub
I'm assuming SC Johnson is no longer a customer then if even more track has disappeared. And the last of the LE&N is now out of service.
Yes, closed many years ago, tracks tore up. :-(

+railpast interesting. Does Gennese & Wyoming also own GEXR as well?
Yes
Big train heading down the Burford Spur.
Anthony
+anthony851 Yes, a real monster, 10 cars. :-)
+railpast I can't believe somebody clicked "dislike" :-(
Neither can I! Did you have assistance recording the Burford Spur action, or was the train stopping so that you can leapfrog it. I'll add the link to my Brantford video. Anthony.
+anthony851 The SOR boys stop and flag all the crossing so that takes time and you can leapfrog ahead.CN never did and just blew the horn. :-)
Cool Train 1:37
Nice
Thank you.
I like this production. Great sounds and shots. UP & SUB. Greetings from Poland. Welcome to my channel ;)
+szlakowiec WElcome, sub your channel, looking forward to some steam from your area of the world. Much still running?
Yes. Until recently it was even a connection between the cities that regularly drove choo-choo train ;)
