Thank you so much for reviewing these candles. I have wanted to purchase one for a while now and you have definitely helped me to decide to go ahead and try one. I enjoyed the stories behind them too. 👍👌👍👌🍋
Such a great video!! I'm just start exploring Cire Trudon candle range, and so glad to see someone who's also in Australia talking about this brand :D Thank you!
Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment! :) yes I love this brand -So many good scents. I would happily own many more but alas, my bank balance does not extend that far! 😬💸🤪
@@TheTopNote I've noticed that there are another cire trudon master class will be hold on libertine's website. You mentioned that they will send some cameos before the class. And I wonder how many items did they send? I really want to try some different candles from Cire Trudon, but I might not be able to go throughthe class as then will be the exam period...if the products they send worth $50, I'd like to get it and not going to the class😄😄
今天还是这么可爱 hiya I can say without hesitation that the amount of product you get is worth much more than the $50 class fee. A pack of 4 cameos is about $40 - in the class we explored 12 fragrances (they base it on the fragrance wheel created by Michael Edwards) and then they also throw in some other goodies PLUS you get the discount code. But maybe email them and ask if they are likely to hold another class at a later date? Being able to attend is well worth it...and fun!
I am a sucker for beautiful packaging and containers. Especially if I can repurpose them. I ordered a trudon room spray and cannot wait to receive it. I also want to try fonasetti candles and room sprays. Very very pricy but the containers are set work.
I don’t live near any stores that stock Trudon. I purchased the Abd el Kader which was a disappointment since it smelled like caprese salad to me. I also got Cyrnos and Manon which I love. I was looking next at balmoral or spiritus sancti, any advice?
Hello, I was wondering Now that you've had the lovely warmer for a few months are you finding that the cameos hold their scent after several quick melts.
Hi! I do find that they hold their scent very well, although I confess I rarely melt them quickly, I tend to have them going for a couple of hours at a time, and even then I find I get way more than the recommended "8 hours" melt time from them :) I would say I'm getting about 12 hours with fairly decent scent throw.
Nice video! I love Cire Trudon. I have 6 of their candles and one cameo (they cameo was sent to me for free after spending what I did) From your video, I learned something about the evolution of the Solix Rex scent! Do you have any recommendations for good Australian candle companies? I'm trying to expand past French, English and North American candle companies. I've managed to find some great Korean, Greek, and Irish candles but interested in Australia or other Countries. I've only been to Australia 4x and hope to make it back after the COVID situation!
Thank you! Well it’s funny you ask - because I am currently testing a range of independent Aussie candle makers in preparation for a video so, stay tuned- I hope to film it in the next month or so! 😍 I love how you are exploring candles from different regions!
gorgeous house with divine scents I own a few candles including Nazareth which is my favourite scent but their perfumes are gorgeous too have you sampled any of their scents I'm about to buy Olim and I love bruma also
Quick question about La Promeneuse - does it rotate while melting the cameos? It looks like it does in the video advertisement, but I've been unable to confirm it.
Thank you for your video! When I was so indecisive that whether I should take the 24/06 Libertine Parfumerie cire trudon Ourika online class and I saw this video!! And after watching it, I booked for the class without the hesitation anymore and can't wait to taking the class! Thank you so much for sharing it. Also, I got a question, when you join the class, is it like a face to face zoom meeting I mean all of your faces will show on the screen or only the one's who's running the class will be on zoom? Thank you.
It's like a normal zoom meeting you can see everyone who has their camera turned on, and you can turn your own camera off if you just want to listen and watch. :)
4:50 Eureka
7:26 Cyrnos
8:31 La Marquise
9:36 Ernesto
11:12 Nazareth
This was the video i needed! I've only smelled cire trudon candles in store but haven't bit the bullet to buy one yet.
I know, it took me so long!! 💞
You're brilliant. Informed, compelling, and lovely to watch. Thank you.
Oh my gosh, what an amazing compliment thank you! 🙏

I’m in love with that gorgeous green wax melt burner ♥️ so stunning
Me too!! It was pricey but I use it everyday 🥰
I agree Cire Trudon is a class apart. You should b happy to own them and never feel a guilt . Luxury is subjective

My favorit is Cyrno. I'm really addicted to that scent.

I love your channel and your quality in depth reviews
Thank you for being here.
I am so happy I found you. I'm an Aussie too, living in Colorado.
Yay! Welcome! How are things in Colorado?
Make sure you keep the glass containers, they make the loveliest drink tumblers!
Yes absolutely! I even use the little ones for espresso!
Thank you for reviewing these beautiful candles. I love it and I am about to bring them into my private room
Lovely! Which one are you getting?

@@TheTopNote I have one in my cart now waiting for me to take the Trudon leap 😁 Thank you for your reply I appreciate it!!!
I know the feeling.... One candle and once you pop, you can't stop
Absolutely 😬🙈
I use the empty glasses for bulbs in spring
Great idea!!

Yes I have their gift set, my favourites are Revolution, Mortel, Bruma and Medie 😍 I must go and revisit Olim, I cannot remember it 😃
Love your video, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Ernesto scent is my top scent
Great video. how do you get the 2 for 1 deal?
Hi! Thanks for watching, -it was a sale being run through our local parfumerie last year.
Quick question about La Promeneuse - does it rotate while melting the cameos? It looks like it does in the video advertisement, but I've been unable to confirm it.
Hi there no there is no rotation :)

"We're not talking about finances, we're talking about candles." 😂
😬 LOL translation: "I'm trying not to face the finances - in particular the ones I spent on candles!" Thanks for watching haha
@@TheTopNote I know EXACTLY what you're getting at lol ❤
Another thing I do is scrape a little of the candle off, and warm it up on my neck. Perfume! Et voila!
Oh I love that!!! I am going to try that with Madurai 😍
How does the scent of Nazareth compare to Diptyque's Pomander? Do you get much citrus?
I haven’t tried Pomander, but I do get the orange in Nazareth, although it’s not juicy orange, more like dark pithy orange, if that makes sense.
@@TheTopNote Very intriguing!! Pomander is my favorite and Nazareth sounds very similar. I'll have to give it a try this winter!!
I love this house my favorite
They really are great quality, I love them...but you pay for it! 😬
Christmas present santa hubby (:
Anyone else here from Ed Droste?
🙈🙈not watching! Not watching!
