I have a friend that lives there. He said about 45 mins ago, two csx trains had a head on collision in Bremen. I haven’t seen any pictures yet but I hope the crews are fine.
The strobes were pretty nice. Very F40-ish. 2 videos for you to check out on YT are "Classic Railroads in Marion, Indiana 1983, 1984" and "Classic Conrail & GT at South Bend & Mishawaka, IN 1983." The first video has 270 with the SL4T. Sounds exactly like my recording in June. This line is a bike trail today. The latter has a complete 49 runby in 1983 with 346 and what looks like 351 trailing.
@@wmuzeke Yes I saw! Features the newly reversed consist that became the norm until June of 88 with the addition of heritage coaches, Amfleet coaches went to Cardinal. I do wish there was more footage of the 1980-82 48/49 as well as the 1977-79 version with E9s.

Cool footage! Wish I was around to see Chessie and CSX GPs with the strobes.
