Amen sister! My gift of choice is a good car wash and a thorough clean of the interior! When I worked, I was a retail store manager for Yankee Candle. My commute was 1 hour each way. So all of my meals were in my lap, back and forth to work🤪. My birthday is Christmas Eve. One year, I was working at the cash wrap, ringing up customers and wrapping each candle in paper. I heard my name and looked to my left. There was my niece with husband and kids. She said we came to pick up your car keys to wash your vehicle because that is your birthday present! It knocked my socks off! First, it was Christmas Eve and they, too, had to make the same one hour drive that I did in order to get my car! To take the time out of THAT day says something about them😊 I got in my car that night and it gleamed! It smelled so good! Plus, there was a brand new travel mug for my coffee, birthday card, and my fav, a bag of peanut M & M’s! That was the most meaningful present I have ever received! I don’t mean to be ungrateful for all my gifts over the years. However, the effort, time and thought they put into that gift spoke volumes about Sandy. AND she was modeling the way for her kids, because they helped too! Happy Birthday! I hope you get your birthday wish! You have brought a lot of joy to me and thanks for that❤️
I had a busy weekend so I didn't get to see Sat Chat...I usually look forward to Saturday morning so I can sit back with a cup of tea and watch Sat Chat! I hope you had a great birthday weekend, you don't look a day over 35! 🎂😁
Hi Lindsay, A hot tip for your kitchen floor. In your mop water bucket, add hot water, a cup of white vinegar, a small squirt of dish wash liquid (just a little bit to help the oil mix) and about a teaspoon of Eucalyptus oil. Mix it together with the mop and Bob's your Uncle. Do like a wet wash on the stubborn spots (swish some of the water on) let it sit for a minute or two. Then, mop it up. The vinegar, Eucalyptus combo cuts through dirt like a hot knife through butter. And, if the floor isn't too bad, hot water and vinegar will work a treat too. Hopefully it helps cut out the scrubbing. Cheers, Deb 😃
So I'm a single momma with a great job and a median income that falls just above the federal guidelines for assistance, and at one point I literally cried in the grocery store. I don't know how we survive, cheerleading uniforms were $200 this year. Ugh, we all need to not be ok with 400% inflation. It takes away from my art supply fund, vacation fund, recreation, and extra curricular activities for the kids. So I appreciate the awareness.

It's going to get much worse. The Netherlands just passed a law forcing farmers to kill off 30% of all the foods they produce. The USA is soon to follow. This artifical climate emergency nonsense is going to kill millions and topple economies. If you think crime is bad now wait until all these ppl are starving. Then we'll see crime.
Single senior girl here, and I can tell you, between housing costs , food, gasoline, and insurance I struggle. Rent has more than doubled in the last two years, and my son’s $80,000. House now appraises for $150,000. You can’t find a home in a decent neighborhood for less than $350,000. My cousin went to the grocery store, filled her cart and it rang up at $700.00. She had a panic attack. It’s rough out here.
Lindsay - you are so amusing!! I think I enjoy your Sat Chats as much as the tutorials. Happy Birthday! I hope you get your floors scrubbed and the cabinets wiped down. Those darn reusable straws !!!!! I look forward to seeing your World Watercolor Month creations. I enjoyed the purple drink - turned out beautifully. Have a great weekend.
Thanks! I got my new glasses after I was done filming and ican see! I did last night's painting with my new glasses. I kinda wish I just got readers instead of bifocals because it feels like I have to look through a small area. Distance us good tho. I think I might order some cheap ones from zenni.
Happy Birthday! With the joy of art and craft comes (let's be honest) hard work and self doubt, so thanks for videos like this that help artists know they are part of a much larger community. Big thanks also for using your art to support your local library!
Yes! Clean my floor…who needs presents! I hate that we love in a disposable society. Why can’t things last? And 2$ for a can of beams! Oh my, I rely on those, and need to be frugal so I can get more art supplies! LOL, thanks for another great chat!
Oh wow I almost forgot about sat chat today! Because Fantasy Anna decided she needed to start a crochet doily so reality Anna did just that until 1am 🤣 this is going to be a long day with a 4month old and toddler 😃 happy birthday
Happy birthday early. I just turned 70 today the 9th. I remember I when was was 46 years old not well but I do. Having a stroke kind of messes up your memory process. That's okay I do remember the important things. I started with World watercolor month. I am very thankful for the TH-camrs who shared with us that you don't have to do all the props. Just paint. Have fun. Have a very, very blessed day tomorrow enjoy your birthday.
Oh gosh. You were in good form this Sat Chat. So much fun and yes I have some dread over going to all medical appointments too. Good luck getting rid of the straws and hope your floor is shining for your birthday. Happy birthday Lindsay!
You made me laugh so hard at the mammogram story. I so agree with the man idea!! But in defense of the mammogram just get them ladies it can save your life. It is crazy because there are things I refuse to by in the grocery store because of being over priced. To go up this high is insane!! Have a fantastic birthday 🎂🎂 We have Yeti travel bottles for coffee/water NO straw and i so agree with you on the water bottles they are a pain.
I cook beans every week. You can soak them for a few hours, throw the water away, put clean water and cook them on a pressure cooker. They cook in about 30min or less this way. You can season and freeze them (in the liquid), or keep them unseasoned in the fridge for a week and season them as you need them.
I agree with you about the person doing the mammogram should be able to read them as they are taking them. I had a mammogram 6 months ago and they found a lump so I had to have an ultrasound, they are watching the lump so I have an appointment for Monday to have another ultrasound. Isn’t LIFE AMAZING!!!! We have mishaps in life so we realize how fortunate we really are. Just remember one day they will be parents and they will understand what Mom was trying to tell them. YES, that is what this mom wants, the floor shining clean BECAUSE let’s be honest the kids drops things on the floor and instead of getting the mop to clean it up, they MAY half wipe it with a paper towel and that is a very big “MAY.” I’m one of those who believes in doing something right the first time so you don’t have to do it over. GREAT video. “ HAPPY BIRTHDAY,”!!!🎂🎁🎈🎈🎈I hope you have a wonderful day.
When our kids were growing up , for 12 years I hand washed our dishes because we didn’t have Dish washer. Then we moved and I’d use the dishwasher as a drying rack for my hand washed dishes. Now, kids are gone and I use the dishwasher for the two of us and when family is over for Sunday dinner. Top rack dishwasher for my straws.
You are more than amazing! I have let you down in the past. You never let me down! You are inspiring beyond words! Thank you for sharing! I want to stay connected! For real you are Artis brilliant with talent flowing through your veins! I thank you!…from the bottom of my heart!❤️
I have four water bottles. They all have push-top drink spouts. I put them through the dishwasher with the spout in the open position. Works fine. If I didn't have the dishwasher, I'd probably fill the bottle with hot, soapy water, put the lid back on, and squeeze the water out through the spout to clean it. We have *so many* reusable straws. Before we got a dishwasher, I would be sure to rinse out the straw immediately after use, and about once a month I'd throw them all into a pot of boiling water for a while. (Fun fact: we also keep any extra straws we get from fast food drive-through. If you visit us, you have the choice of using a single-use plastic straw, a single-use paper straw, or a straight or bent metal or glass straw. We've got you covered!)
I always enjoy your Sat Chats. You never fail to crack me up and on many occasions make me laugh out loud. 😅 And you're absolutely right with your 2 sound points on inflation and punitive consequences serving as deterrents. We all better hold on tight. It's going to be a bumpy ride. Hope you have a very Happy Birthday!! Wishing you loads of good health, much peace, happiness and joy. 🌺
Oh wow what a fantastic idea, I would LOVE my kids to scrub my kitchen floor till it shines instead as a birthday present! We have kids and a big dog - it needs it! I would then have more time for craft :)
Happy birthday Lindsey!!!!!! 🎂 hope your day is going great and the kids pitched in and did all the housework for you! The inside of my house is a disaster! Since I was put in the wheelchair my hubby had to do so much! I can't bear to say a word about it since my contribution is low. He works full time, back is school part time, carrying for me and my health issues. And caring for our tiny homestead with around 40 chickens, 10 guineas, 15 breeding rabbits, 2 dogs, and in the house, 2 parrots, a 4 ft rescued iguana who was tortured and while we nursed him back to health he is terrified and whips all who come near,. Oh, and a bearded dragon. How the heck does he do it???? I'm not saying a word about a mess! That was therapeutic thanks therapists Lindsey. 😃 😊 😀.....
I was a kid in the 1960’s and 70’s. We had to drink out of public water fountains in parks, schools, and stores. There were always some kids that had to put their whole mouth on the spout. If it was a city park in the summertime the water was usually warm or hot. If you were thirsty enough, it was better than nothing. In the neighborhood, if you needed a drink, you used the garden hose. Water temperature wasn’t a choice. There were no cellphones, ipads, etc. Kids played outside and got dirty daily. I’m happy with water bottles. I never liked public water fountains or garden hoses, but I used them if I felt it was necessary such as feeling lightheaded and dizzy.
Food prices have really increased in Australia, and there has been a lot of flooding which has wiped out crops. At one point lettuces were selling for $12 each! Glad you got the mammogram done. 💚
happy birthday! loved your rant...same in the uk, prices escalating daily and you can no longer shop in just one store as things are out of stock.Keep smiling!
I don't have a dishwasher, I wanted one really bad for years but the kids are grown now and after getting an estimate that snowballed into a potential 25 thousand dollar +++ kitchen remodeling, I happily hand wash my dishes. But, I would love to have a cabinet drying rack like you see in older European homes because I do still begrudge the counter space the drying rack takes up.
Proud of you for sticking with it and getting your mammogram. Yes I laughed out loud at your man.parts comment! Things dont last forever. Things break. That's why we are blessed to have folks that fix things. Happy birthday.
Happy Birthday!! I was catching up today, it was just Lou's bday too and I got a cabin on the lake for the weekend, so we went TV and TH-cam free for two whole days! It was weird and yet refreshing! I just said the same thing about prices, I had to run into the store before we went away for the weekend and I had sticker shock too! I laughed so hard, you are right if men had to go through it there would be changes!! 😅 That is a great gift! If I didn't have to clean a baseboard or deep clean the floors, oh yes! Ooooh Or how about the laundry. All my clothes cleaned and folded and put up and I didn't have to do it, now that would be wonderful! Don't buy me something, give me the gift of time, because now that time is free, the chore I hate is done and I can enjoy something I really like to do. I will be remembering this when my birthday comes around. Thanks Lindsay, hope your day was special and you enjoyed it!
Happy birthday!! I had a black and white floor too…black sharpies and white posca pens became part of the cleaning routine. And yes, when clean, those floors were so pretty. Have fun celebrating.
Hi Lindsay, Happy Birthday, I hope you have a great day with the family and also a clean floor!!!!, thanks for the sat chat, always nice to listing to you chat, TFS, Cheers Anna.
Happy Birthday Lindsay! 🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗🎈🎈🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳🎂 May you get your wish of a gleaming kitchen floor and hopefully a lot of pampering too. Sending your way lots of love, hugs and best wishes. 💖💖💖💖💖
Happy 46th Birthday Lindsay hope you had a great day, looking good as always!!!! 🎊🎂🎁💐 Great Saturday chat. enjoyed, thanks for chatting with us all thanks for sharing hugs Liz. x
Follow up comment....go to that auction. YOU deserve a seat at any table you want to be at. You have so much to offer and in the rare chance no one bids...it's not your fault and not their fault...they just didn't yet get the memo of your greatness. When you absorb that mindset, it won't matter if people bid or not. The fact that you showed up means you're moving in the right direction! In your corner, Lindsay! :)
Wishing you a very happy birthday and good health! The chat was so touching.. I am pretty sure that’s what most mothers would want.. you made me smile and cry at the same time.
Totally agree with the distrust. I loathe that everyone from lowest level to the top appears to know more about me and how I feel or feeling than I do. If I don't quit here I'll begin swearing and I'd never get posted. Love your chat/rants.
I hear you with the water bottles and big plastic cups too. I hold my breath when at my daughter’s house of four. those large Sports cups attack you right in your face! My other daughter has toddlers and they have lots of water bottles and she is smart, she stores them in a low cabinet so the kids can get their own and no worries of being attacked. 😂🎉Happy Birthday!!
When my kids started college (roughly a decade ago) their colleges offered a deal to buy new computers. We compared at the time and it was the best deal.
Happy Birthday! You asked what retired people are doing? Without is the answer. I haven't bought any fresh meat for months. I do get some frozen ground beef once in a while. I eat beans and peanut butter for proteins. The universe is trying to tell you to eat out more and cook less. LOL! Tell your daughter that if she likes cleaning kitchen floors, you know an old guy in Indiana who needs his kitchen floor and cabinets cleaned! Great sat chat. And yes, it's a good thing guys don't have to do a yearly checkup like that, but believe me, a prostate exam is no picnic either. So we all have our "crosses to bear." I agree with you on the distrust of the American health care system right now. That's it! Bye!!
I forgot about that, I think id take the mammogram! I hope prices come back down before winter. The retired folks will struggle so much otherwise. Take care Jim ❤
Happy, happy birthday, Lindsay! I hope you get your clean floors and cabinets. Price gouging is everywhere, argh! And, yes, if men had to get mammograms on the regular or IUDs inserted without any type of pain killers, things would be very different.
Mammograms are a pain, but colonoscopies are worse. I am on my 4th one in 15 months. My mammogram will seem like a breeze in comparison this year, and I feel just like you about mammograms! Hope you have the happiest of birthdays. Thank you for all you share with us for free, and for all the discounts on your classes. You rock!!
I donated 3 paintings to a charity auction last year and your fears of not many people bidding came true for me. 😱😱😱 however to be fair, the auction was very small, and it was online with very few viewers. An in person auction with tourists and accomplished Artists like yourself will be much better I’m sure! Happy birthday Lindsay! Hope you have a wonderful birthday weekend! Yes, my mother also doesn’t want presents. Doing housework for her and giving her a day off is the best gift.
Happy Birthday Lindsay! I took advantage and signed up for your soft pastel class. And I’m with you on the mammogram, I’ve put it off since the pandemic! Time to stop using that as an excuse and schedule my appointment!
Happy birthday! You look AT LEAST 10 years younger than you are. Love your videos and am very thankful for the time you put into them. Thank you very much!
Mammograms do save lives. I know they are uncomfortable. You want them to catch breast cancer while it is still very small. A good friend of mine has breast cancer stage 2 right now and is undergoing chemo. She has lost all her hair. I just hope it is killing the cancer. I don’t think she went for regular mammographies. We love you Lindsay and don’t want anything to happen to you! By the way….that top you are wearing and necklace is gorgeous on you! Appliances are made like crap right now. We had to get a new refrigerator….new washer as d drier recently. My drier was an old GE 30+ yrs old. The store salesman said “ don’t expect this new drier to last that long” They make them to break nowadays. Happy Birthday!!!
You can get dishwasher safe water bottles with or without straws. Also, if you invest in a quality dishwasher and care for it, it can last a long long time
Happy birthday Lindsay, mine is coming soon this month also. Oh a serious note , for yourself, your family and your followers please have your annual mammogram. Mine saved my life and I am thankful to God and the medical experts that took care of me. 🌟
We're on the road in our bus, going through Arkansas but I found a rest area to stop and watch Sat Chat. Absolutely to with the dried beans. I rinse out a cup or two, add to an instant pot, cover with water, and seasoning and cook for 35-50 minutes, depending on the type of bean. AND, you're done. We can't carry huge amounts of cans, too heavy, so I started using dried bags years ago. And it's so convenient too. I use old French Vanilla creamer bottles to store them in the pantry. Best kitchen thing I've done in years.
Nice Marilyn Monroe look 🤩 Who needs a straw? Water bottles are okay, just fill them up halfways with soapy water and shake it for a few minutes. Repeat and rinse with clear water. Have a great weekend.
I was chosen to do KC Parade of Hearts. Part one was submit a design. You could submit up to 3 which I did. That was last summer. Then wait for 2 months too see if you were picked. The heart is 5'x5'. After I was picked, came the gathering of supplies and getting it delivered. The hearts were delivered in November. We then had 100 days to finish and get it delivered. I didn't have to clear coat it for outside. The organization took care of that and placing the hearts around the city. Then, at the beginning of June all but a dozen were put in an online auction for a week. That was indeed nervewracking. I had decided if mine did not get bid on, I would bid on it myself. It did get bid on which made me happy. It was kind of in the middle of the bids compared to the others. So that was good. Yeah, I don't think I would go to a live auction where I donated a piece.
Lindsay I wish you were here with me and we would agree on every single thing! My old dishwasher works great as a drainer - I hate drying dishes. I’ve had 3 biopsies over the years after mammograms and terrified every time waiting to hear. Then have to go back for another exam - ultrasound. Once saw it and said what’s that dark spot up there and they said we’re not worried about that!!! So that’s the last time I went in. Probably 20 years. Sorry everyone- I’m 82 and there you are. They called once and I said “you have invaded my body enough” and they said ok. Have a Happy Birthday! Prime of life! 56 more years we’ll get everything free.
😆 54 years I think! Your experience is why I have not had a mammogram the last 5 years. I'd get called back for an ultrasound and biopsy to find out it was nothing each time. So stressful. But I decided to have one to be on the safe side. I do worry about the radiation from the tests tho.
Oh I definitely have that doctor anxiety. Of course I have chronic migraines, so I have to face that fear quite often, lol. I hate water bottles with straws, none of mine have a straw. I've gotten used to water bottles though since my cat would just waltz up and drink from my cup every single time. He got to the point where he recognized a cup, and would just stare me down until I shared with him. He's gone now, but I keep the water bottles because I've never once confused my paint water for my drinking water! Plus I'm prone to knocking things over anyway, so better it be completely closed up.
LOVE the hair! You don't have to soak dry beans, you can slow cook them on the stove. I wash them, throw them in a huge pot of water with a little oil, half an onion, half a green pepper, a handful of peeled garlic cloves, and a couple of stems of fresh cilantro. Stir occasionally, add water as necessary until they're as soft as you like. Then season as you normally would. It takes a few hours. You can probably do the same in the slow cooker although I haven't tried it yet.
Lindsay, your Sat Chats are always the highlight of my Saturday and you always hit on topics that are so relevant to so many of us in your art community. Between price increases and food scarcity with some items, it is really tough these days and no end in sight. Hopefully my garden will produce enough to freeze or preserve a good amount for winter. I have started buying dried beans and make a batch in the instant pot and then freeze them in serving size batches. Enjoy your weekend!
@@thefrugalcrafter - Amazon Prime Day - July 12th and 13th - they usually have InstaPots on a deal. A great way to make a lot quickly and without using the stove.
And on the subject of food cost, we eat out less, use coupons, shop discounts and diet. We could all pass on a meal or two and drop a pound. Not so with children but more fruits and vegetables less fast food. Teach the value of clean eating. No waste. Simple things. We can do it.
Thank you! I got 3 compliments on my dress yesterday (and I got it for $10 at dollar genetal a few years ago 😆) it is the softest and most comfy material too!
I love a good floral print, myself! How are you enjoying the book club? I have been in several book clubs over the years and have always enjoyed the friendships made. I hope you find it so.
Happy Birthday Lindsay! By the way, you look fabulous today. I’m glad you went through with your mammogram. My daughter, who will be 46 next month, was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 years ago. She had chemo and radiation and then a mammogram every 6 months (yuck). Last September she was diagnosed with Angiosarcoma which is a very rare cancer which can be caused by radiation treatments. She has had a drastic surgery and now has been undergoing chemotherapy since February. Just because you’re young don’t ignore the tools that could save your life. Speaking of tools….we don’t have a dishwasher and don’t miss it. My husband and I always do the supper dishes together and discuss our day. I love your birthday gift idea. Washing down the cupboards would be my fantasy gift. Enjoy your special day xoxo
I agree about the dishwasher. The house we are in does not have a dishwasher and I don’t miss it. Even Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners are no issue as I have extra help on those nights with dishes. I wish your daughter a positive outcome with her chemo. I am on a 6 month routine of MRI and chest CT following kidney cancer surgery, as well as annual breast ultrasound following a suspect mammogram. Keep up with whatever tests are recommended for your age, it can save your life.
I HAAAAATE mammos! I always have to get two, and the second one is always negative, but I always have to pay for it, because it’s the second one. They screw me every time.
Here in BC, Canada, the mammogram techs are NOT allowed to talk to the patient about the mammogram. A specialist looks at it, then I get an email/phone call about the result of the mammogram. I am actually due for one, but I don't have a history of breast cancer in my family, so I will book one for next spring. (i am way too busy to get one before then, unless the mobile unit comes). $2 for a can of beans is about what we pay for here, and that's on sale. I only shop food sales, as regular price is wayyyyy too expensive.
Happy birthday! When I go to get my mammogram, they like to play the game "Let's see how much back fat we can pull around to the front while we flatten them like pancakes".🤣 I have bought my mother many gifts, some more expensive than others. The one she talks about all the time? A pair of scissors she can keep in the kitchen to cut up poultry. Probably cost me $10.😄
Happy Birthday Lindsay. I hope you have a wonderful Birthday. I hear you about the Mammogram. I do have to go every six months because both my younger & older sisters have had breast cancer. Yuch!!! And yes prices have been going crazy here in Canada too. I noticed when I mailed a parcel to a client the other day that Canada Post now charge a 27% fuel surcharge....that is crazy too. But yes groceries too are getting quite expensive. I don't know how people are managing right now. I hear you about the dishwasher. I didn't have one in my last place & I survived...I would rather have the cupboard space...LOL Anyways have a great Birthday weekend. Take care.
Lol, my mom loves straws and has a couple cups that have lids made for those reusable straws. I, too, hate washing the reusable straws! Especially right now, since she moved everything to paint the walls and can’t remember where she put the little scrubby brush! I had to laugh when you were talking about the floor - my mom cleans houses and she uses Scrubbing Bubbles for almost everything.
Carolyn from Dale's computer. Forgot to say Happy Birthday. Thanks for your idea last week of matting and selling some of the paintings that are just sitting on the shelves. Maybe I can make some money to buying some more art supplies, that I don't need, to replace the paintings on those shelves! 😂

So proud of you that you kept your appointment
When our kids were growing up , for 12 years I hand washed our dishes because we didn’t have Dish washer. Then we moved and I’d use the dishwasher as a drying rack for my hand washed dishes. Now, kids are gone and I use the dishwasher for the two of us and when family is over for Sunday dinner. Top rack dishwasher for my straws.
Happy Birthday Thanks For Being You ☕☕
You are more than amazing! I have let you down in the past. You never let me down! You are inspiring beyond words! Thank you for sharing! I want to stay connected! For real you are Artis brilliant with talent flowing through your veins! I thank you!…from the bottom of my heart!❤️
Congratulations! Happy Birthday!
Thank you!
An oar makes me think of a tree. The end and long skinny part reminds me of the trunk and the broad blade reminds me of the branches.
Thanks Lindsay, loved the Sat Chat. ❤️
It’s Eid today and I had to save 30 minutes to watch sat chat I hope everyone has a blessed day and thank you for making another amazing sat chat
Happy Eid!
What's Eid?
@@thefrugalcrafter ues- I'd like to know too
@@thefrugalcrafter Muslim festival (2x year)
@@thefrugalcrafter I think it's a Christmas holiday that Muslims celebrate after a month of fasting called Ramadan.
Rooms to my level of clean that I don't have to clean.... I'm all for that for any holiday!
Oh wow what a fantastic idea, I would LOVE my kids to scrub my kitchen floor till it shines instead as a birthday present! We have kids and a big dog - it needs it! I would then have more time for craft :)
Happy birthday Lindsay! I hope you get sparkling floors and good news from the doctor.
Have a very happy birthday, Lindsay. Thanks for all you do!
Lindsay, you made me laugh today and many other days. Thank you so much!!!!! Belated happy birthday!
Holy cow!
happy birthday! loved your rant...same in the uk, prices escalating daily and you can no longer shop in just one store as things are out of stock.Keep smiling!
There is nobody to fix appliances anymore. When appliance breaks it goes into the landfill. That is all.
Sadly you are right.
@@elsagrace3893 They don't make things to last like they used to. Same situation here in the UK.
Thanks for the tip!
I'm glad you kept your appointment. My mom is a breast cancer survivor and I never miss one. It's a pain to do, but totally worth it.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Lindsay!!! I truly hope you get a gleaming cleaned kitchen floor and cabinets as gifts!!! 🎂🪣🧽🎁🎈🎉💐🥳👍✌️❤️

Aww, thanks Mary:)
LOL! The award for best use of the word "Bacterializing" in a sentence goes to......Lindsay Weirich!!!!
😆
Wishing you a very happy birthday and good health! The chat was so touching.. I am pretty sure that’s what most mothers would want.. you made me smile and cry at the same time.
Happy birthday! And, ooh! Sale! ... May you live to be 100! ^_-
LOL! Watch out everyone, Lindsay's going to put "WATERBOTTLES" and "STRAWS" in her blocked word list! Thanks for the laughs Lindsay! God Bless!
😆
Totally agree with the distrust. I loathe that everyone from lowest level to the top appears to know more about me and how I feel or feeling than I do. If I don't quit here I'll begin swearing and I'd never get posted. Love your chat/rants.
😆
Additional comment... Happy Birthday!
And I agree about if men were getting mammograms they would've upgraded the methods by now!
Yes and insurance would play for the follow ups!
@@thefrugalcrafter agreed!
If there’s a bookstore on campus they often have discounts for students that can save you a lot.
You rock!!
Thank you!
I love you’re hair! It looks just fabulous! Happy birthday!
No kidding. That is what every mom wants, clean.
It sure is!
Happy Birthday Lindsay! I took advantage and signed up for your soft pastel class. And I’m with you on the mammogram, I’ve put it off since the pandemic! Time to stop using that as an excuse and schedule my appointment!
I agree with you about water bottles! I had a good laugh over that one! The Sat Chat was fun as usual! Happy Happy Birthday to you!
W
About an hour before my mammogram I take a Tylenol and that helps a lot with the pain!
Good tip!
Love your floor cleaning present! I hate cleaning my tile floors and washing my cabinets! Happy Birthday!
!
I didn't get it tho 😆
You can get dishwasher safe water bottles with or without straws. Also, if you invest in a quality dishwasher and care for it, it can last a long long time
We supposed bought a good one from a local store because we wanted it to last.bthere no guarantees these days.
Happy Birthday ! My Birthday is the 27th ! I think your the Best!
Happy birthday young lady!
So, so agree about them straws, I don't have any in the house except paper straws for those who desperately can't do without them.
My husband has a few regular sayings.. one is "vote with your dollars" and I think we will be going back to dry beans as well. 🤷♀️
Happy birthday Lindsay, mine is coming soon this month also. Oh a serious note , for yourself, your family and your followers please have your annual mammogram. Mine saved my life and I am thankful to God and the medical experts that took care of me. 🌟
Im so glad you are healthy! Happy birthday!
We need to get back to doing the community food sharing. We used to buy food and divide it and sale by the bag.
HAPPIEST OF BURTHDAY WISHES LINDSAY!!!
Thank you!
Mammograms are so important! Saved my life! Proud of you for doing this for yourself!
Thanks!
I love my instant pot for cooking dried beans, no soaking.
Happy Birthday spring chicken !
I'm gonna have to look into those instapots.
Happy birthday, Lindsay!! I hope someone cleans your floor and cabinets! Have an amazing day. You look lovely!
Get those mammograms ladies. It takes minutes, it’s not painful, it can save your life!!
Yup! I swear they have a quota to fill.
I only shop food sales, as regular price is wayyyyy too expensive.
love my sat chat love it xx
Have a great Birthday!
One year for Mother’s Day I asked for my husband to clean the bathroom. I was so shocked when he did it I took pictures. He told me never again. Lol.
😆
Happy birthday!
When I go to get my mammogram, they like to play the game "Let's see how much back fat we can pull around to the front while we flatten them like pancakes".🤣
I have bought my mother many gifts, some more expensive than others. The one she talks about all the time? A pair of scissors she can keep in the kitchen to cut up poultry. Probably cost me $10.😄
Happy Birthday Lindsay! My birthday is later this month, I'll be 47! Yay for July babies! Hehehe. Always love the Sat chats. 💚
Happy birthday
Take care.
Have a very happy birthday weekend!
Good luck!
