The way their eyes express everything the hatered yet love, the rude yet care, the unspeakable things is everything. Fawad and Mahira as Ashar with Khirad will always be my favourite. They were made for these roles.
Have watched it many times but i am still here once again.

Although Ashar was very toxic and possessive. One thing is true that he truly loved Khirad. It’s sad that life has certain circumstances. She waited for him in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, he didn’t come on time. Once he did come, crazily looking for her. She was long gone

@Imran Khan Personally I feel that they shouldn't have made him so possessive. He was extremely territorial for no reason. He could've acted like a normal person. And then when her fake truth comes out he still couldve reacted the same way. It wouldn't make any difference. But making him the jealous type kinda ruined it for me. It showed he had no trust and was bipolar AF.
@@user-sj1I agree. In the first few episodes things were fine and then suddenly he starts acting insecure and possessive for no reason. It’s normal to feel jealous but he must of been really jealous to act that way and we have no reason for his insecurities. It’s hard to feel bad for Ashar would their is no reason for his behavior. With Khirad we know the traumas she’s went through and we have seen how she was mistreated. With Ashar I can’t feel bad for him

@@user-sj1 You make a good point. Theirs no way of knowing if he would act that way again later on. He could even become possessive over his own daughter later on just as he was with Khirad. We know why Khirad acts the way she does and somewhat understands her decisions since we know her full story. But with Ashar we barely know anything so its hard to understand his decisions and feelings. Having some form of trust with your partner is important. You don’t need to completely trust them but you should to some degree. With Ashar he completely failed to trust her which lead to all this. You are right that theirs no point in forgiving someone if. You can’t trust they won’t repeat the same behavior again. Khirad can’t trust that Ashar won’t repeat that behavior on her or their daughter. Thats why I don’t think Khirad should of forgiven him. What do you think?

when some judge the asher character as toxic and possessive they forget that he is just a normal person who can mistake and can be insecure no one can be perfect in real life..and the big belief he has on his mother then manipulated by her.

Just started watching Pakistaani soapie, amazing, beautiful dialogues. Fawad's eyes, entire face is too handsome, beautiful Mahira is better than Indian actresses, saw many Indian soapies. This is class story and class acting. Well done guys-mashallah.

I have being seeing commets saying asher was OVER POSSESSIVE? and it made me question myself because as far as I know IF he was possessive he wouldn't let kirad let a step outside the house and not even talk to other male characters but he himself wanted her to study further and live life. Obviously there was jealousy factor which is normal because males are more territoral. He even started feeling that he was too old for kirad and no fun had many underlying emotions (which he didn't shared with her should've) But MAINLY it was effected by his mom and that boy, who planned everything.
So convulsion it was not him being over possessive it was the thoughts and the questions he kept to himself and didn't shared with kirad which lead to jealousy. And his mom used this opportunity to strick at the hot iron by the whole plan

Men like Ashar should act more responsibly towards sara like women... He should have cut all ties with her way before... And should not have given any hope... I mean ppl take wrong signals so stay away dude... Be sensible not stupid...
I completely agree. Ashar should of had this talk with Sara at the beginning instead of waiting for so long. He did give Sara false hope which fueled her obsession further and Ashar never realized it. Sara was right when she said that he was a smart guy who knew nothing about love. I feel that Ashar cared more about his feelings than he did of others. He cared more about having a friend than Sara’s mental health. I never got the feeling that Ashar understood Sara’s feelings or her in general. He gave her false hope for more than 4 years and thought that her feelings would go away.

😢 i feel quite sad for sarah the most. Although she wasnt nice at times she really suffered n there was nothing her mum could do. She couldnt see life without him. It must be really difficult
I completely agree. Sara isn’t the best person but I do feel bad for her. All her mother wanted was for her to be happy and at peace but she couldn’t give her that. Sara has now realized that she was never going to get Asher. The phrase “I can’t live without you” fits here. Sara and Asher had been friends since they were very little. Asher was always there for Sara and she never was without him. Her mother could do nothing and watched her daughter’s mental health decline over the years.
Ya yahan pa beth k chahnay ki baatain kr sktay hain ......aur dosti ka naam bhi la rahay hain wah......aur jub khizar sirf khirad to tareef krta tha wo aik wabal bn gaya.
Again, didn't get most of the English translation for Sara's and Akshar's conversation but I would speculate that
Akshar told Sara the same thing he told her before that he doesn't love her, only like a sister. Therefore, can't enjoy the series as much. But i do appreciate whatever English subtitles is provided. Thank you translators for English subtitles.

How wretched and selfish is this sara!! He’s explaining how his daughter is going for surgery and she is only crying about herself
I don’t think Sara was crying about herself but everything that has happened. I agree that Sara is selfish but Ashar is also the same. From the beginning Ashar didn’t understand Sara or her emotions. He didn’t distance himself from her when he found out about Saras love for him. Ashar is telling Sara about his daughter’s surgery because he wants sympathy from her and doesn’t want her upset. At this point in time her mental health has declined. Ashar has given her false hope for many years and her obsession kept getting worse over time. Ashar only cared about his feelings and no one else’s. He cared more about having a best friend than Sara’s mental health. He indirectly killed his best friend and got his daughter and wife back. He got a happy ending while Sara didn’t. Does this not show how Ashar is selfish? He got jealous over nothing, betrayed his wife, ignored her calls, tried to take his kid from Khirad, and waited all this time to have a talk with Sara. Ashar broke his relationship with his wife, best friend, aunt, and mother forever because of his lack of trust and communication. In this case what was Sara supposed to say? What did he want her to say after finding out that he had a daughter? Is she supposed to ignore her pain yet again for her best friend how doesn’t understand her. Sara is selfish but I see why she reacted the way she did. I don’t know what else she would of said. At what point did Ashar ever truly care about Sara’s feelings?
