Upper waist is 25 and lower waist is around 27-28 inches...to it depends on from which height you're wearing your jean also depends on the brand size...i got multiple jean from kotty brand..1 jean 26 size me perfect fit hua but surprisingly dusra 28 size me same fitting aaya...hope this helps
