The track today raced better than Nashville Superspeedway has since it got on the Cup schedule, you saw guys hunting around for lines constantly, and unlike Nashville once a line was discovered it wasn’t the OP line that made everyone conga line procession in it. If Nashville has been a multigroove race these last 3 years, today definitely was multigroove.
That was the best Texas race in 5 years. Still the worst cookie cutter this year, but it's something. I still hope they repave/ reconfig this off-season.
Ross and Bubba both messed up by pitting before Stage 1 was over. The tires weren't as important as they thought at the time. BTW this race was better than Richmond
My thoughts: Texas, though in a tv big market, is not a good race market. For years the fans complained about the race. "Oh it can't be on the start of hunting season" "Oh the Cowboys are playing". How many tracks, like Pocono, Fontana, Loudon, Michigan, have gone from 2 races to 1 and thrived? Texas hasn't. I feel like Chicagoland or Kentucky deserve the date instead. I also feel like TMS is really missing Eddie Gossage.
It wasn’t terrible although the cautions actually kept it close
Cold open of Jordan laughing was not what I expected but the opening I needed.
Jeff we can bring an extra tent for you to camp in the infield all weekend while jordan works🤟
The Arizona Cardinals beat the Dallas Cowboyes today

Be nice if Michigan could take this date imo.

Was not great by any means but that was one of the better races there in recent years tbh
