I was there, soaking up the atmosphere in the crowd, living vicariously through the pullers & refs & losing tenners to friends on poorly predicted bets. To watch again now quietly on a grey rainy morning in that calm before the Christmas hubbub is very different. Still I'm smiling. There was a lot of fun that weekend. Ace production. Alex is the future, by end of 2022 if he's injury free and improving at his rate, he's gonna be the biggest threat to everyone. He's got some steel like hand wrists. And Ryan is a big guy you won't find many outsizing him, just goes to show how big Alex is. I like how they have refs study the strap and positioning at the start up, props to how he's fair and at the same time in charge and making it known, and i liked how these two didn't complain hardly and just got on with it. That's how it should be. They need similar refs at KOTT

Had to come back and see if Santa left another video under the tree by surprise lol. This was the start of Alex comeback. Both these guys are good sports. Alex transformed into a monster. Ryan had some bad luck with travel then the injury on the right and then loss on the left. He took it like a man though with no excuses. Really like this format. Akex is so good for our sport the way we took himself back to the match with his storey telling was amazing to here the passion in his voice was somthing els. I think we are seeing man grow and grow as a puller and I think top 8 champion sooner rather than latter
