गलत. किसी भी problem की जड है अच्छी तरह communicate ना कर पाना. भावना उसीसे शेयर की जिये जो लायक है. माँ बाप भाई बेहन से रिश्ते/ डायलॉग बनाके रखे. ताकी बाहर वाला कोई आपका फायदा ना ले. अपनी भावना ना बोल पानेसे पुरुष डिप्रेशन के शिकार ज्यादा होते है. सबसे अच्छा तरिका है, मन की बाते कागझ पर लिख ले. बाद में उसे फाड सकते हैं. लेकीन उससे जरूर हलका मेहसुस कर सकते हैं.

Currently I'm posted in Ghaziabad income tax office. I stayed away from girls and followed strict brahmacharya. It helped a lot in my life.
