Creating systems while solving problems 1

AhimsGram is a laboratory on creating processes and systems for collaborative governance and compassionate communication. We are experimenting with Holacracy as our system and also try to integrate principles of Nonviolent Communication(NVC) with it. Here some times, some things work and at other times we have challenges, in this journey we are learning and evolving processes and systems.
Since we love to share our learning to the larger community we are sharing this video and would be glad to hear your feedbacks, comments or your own learnings while going on similar journeys.
This is a film about creating systems rather than just fixing problems at the moment when they happen again and again. We will be offerings to you such videos and podcasts on a regular basis.
