In a time when masculinity is dying, the male voice brings healing to my soul, especially with one of my favorite hymns. Glory to God for his creation! Gracias.
I noticed the vocalist inserted, "You" instead of "Thee," and "Your" instead of "Thy." (I am OCD and notice small items like this)--yet, like the more formal, "Thee" and "Thy," but wondered if the vocalist decided to forego the more formal for the colloquial? Small thing to some, but I love the traditional phrasing and verbiage. Since the lyrics are posted above, and he strayed a bit, I just wondered. Thanks for an explanation. GREAT Catholic Hymn, one of the fondest memories of my childhood, hearing this Hymn and the Pipe Organ playing during the Communion Hymn!

Love this hymn
Nice
This is the most beautiful rendition of this hymn I have heard. Thanks for uploading.
