This is what I get at EVERY Mexican restaurant if it's on the menu. They all have different recipes but never, and I literally mean NEVER, have I gotten a bowl C de C that I thought was "bad". I could eat this every day.
It's the most perfect dish in all of Mexican cooking. It ranges from "this is damn good" all the way to "this is the best thing I have ever tasted". I've NEVER gotten a bowl of "I can't eat this", not even once in 50 years.
I Love Caldo de Camarones, we have to try a Fresh Caldo de Pescado! 😋😋😋
