To those having problem with his accent. In summary, sleeping on back is a no-no. Sleeping on stomach is a no-no. The best position for the mother and the baby is the sleeping on the left side. You can turn to the right side from time to time, but ensure that it's the left side. Sleeping on the right can cause undue pressure on your liver. Sleeping on the left, gives your baby, better breathing and comfortable position, lessen keg sweeping of mother etc. When lying down: Stand, sit on bed, lie down, with pillow between legs, and legs drawn up a bit. In rising from the bed: Place pressure on left arm and get into a sitting positiin, etc

My ancestors have no idea in which position they should sleep but they still gave birth to legends. Don't think too much. Live simply. Everything is gonna be alright.
Your ancestors new well how to sleep and how what to eat. They took knowledge from their ancestors. Now knowledge is not common. Doctors usually do not help in this cases. Earlier the person who had knowledge about pregnancy came to the house of pregbant woman. No you have to go and wait for hours. So yes it is needed.

I’m a first time mom. I struggle with sleeping on the left because subconsciously I have to lay facing the right.Then it clicked. If i lay head at the foot of my bed, I’m able to lay o my left side and still face the right. My sleep is 20x better.
Thank you for this comment. I was considering making my husband switch sides with me, but moving to the foot of the bed will be easier as I don't feel like moving everything on my bedside table.
You can also ask your OB about it for those soon to be a mommy out there. My o.b told me to use 2 or 3 pillows from head to your shoulder. Left or right side is good. Its up to you if what position you are comfortable with. But on my case, i'm 7 months pregnant and i'm more comfortable now sleeping on my left side with a small pillow on my back. And a small pillow supporting my tummy coz there were times i felt that my baby is also changing her position and all her weight is on the left side as well😍 😇 thank you for this video.. i'm doing that part on how to get up from bed slowly. Im doing it side ways and slowly dragging my butt and supporting my belly and back so i can easily get up from the bed. By the grace of god..I am 3months of pregnant Whenever i sleep i turn left side and it's more comfortable than turning right side and back sleeping... Am so happy when i saw this video...plis pray for me and my baby.. Thank you...🤗
I try going to sleep on the right side, because I know I am turning left and right side what feels like 20 times (although science tells us that we change our position during sleep even much more often. Understandable.😅). Thank you for the informative video, ma sha Allah and the very important "Half or wrong knowledge is dangerous!" Part, such warnings should be spread by much more people!
Imagine how our ancestors slept without these videos... Why do we stress about this? Our grandparents and great grandparents didn't have this info..
