I purchased one a few weeks ago and had the same issues that Average Marksman, SuperMike and Roger Barrera at QVO Tactical had as well as a number of others. Out of 332 rds of FMJ and JHP, I had a 10% fail to battery and it did not matter if I used the mags with the gun or my P365 AXG Legion mags. To rule the mags out, I used them in my P365 AXG Legion and had no issues with that gun. So I called Sig and mine has been there a week now. I have seen a few that got theirs back and theirs now run fine, hope mine does as well as I really like the firearm. I am glad to see that you have not had any issues with the one you purchased. I really do like the firearm, they are very accurate and I like the feel. When I get mine back, I will run several hundred more rounds through it and as long as Sig fixes it, I will be happy. Great video and review.
@@GSquaredTactical Will do, just received notice today it is shipped back from Sig and due to get on Monday, Range session will soon follow. Hope all is well now with it.
@@GSquaredTactical I received my P365 Fuse back from Sig today, Work accomplished per the form with the firearm, Inspection CW, Replaced Guide Rod and Detailed Feedway (whatever that means, I assume polished) and fired Sig 115g FMJ & JHP with no malfunctions. Not sure how many rounds they did fire but I will be taking it to the range Friday and running 200-300 rds through it of 115g, 124g and 147g FMJ/JHP ammo through it to verify. I will know then. And I must be a sucker as I got a second one and will be shooting it as well. Hopefully it goes better with the 2nd one on initial shots than the first one.
Picked mine up Saturday. Brought it home, stripped it, cleaned it, lubed it and reassembled it. Off to the range today. After 200 rds of Blazer 124 gr and 34 rds of Fed HST 124 gr +P. Not a single FTF And accurate as I could ask for. Not a huge sample size but hey not too bad. Is it just Glock Fanboys that seem to have all these problems with Sigs. Oh and I racked the slide 100 150 times by hand before the range
Heck, I literally left the gun store drove straight to the range no cleaning no oil and no particular expensive ammo And everything was fine. Thanks for watching and for commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you have not already.
Mine was 3 FTF in the first 100 rounds. After that, (next 900+), has been flawless. Certainly, difficult to load those mags the first couple of times. I took them home loaded them full and let them set over night. Still stiff, but loaded easier after that. Great video.
Another great video! Picked mine up today. Funny thing is I Hate Sig. I've owned them in the past and I swore to myself never again but I think this one may be different. I like the fact that it's the first P365 variant with a 4.3 inch barrel. Basically, the size of a Glock 19 but thinner. Glad to see you didn't have issues with it. Taking mine to the range tomorrow.
@hoodsta_Pizzo My range session went very well. I took a couple of other handguns with it to compare the feel and shootability. I took my CZ P-10F and my Beretta PX4 Storm G-SD. The Fuse shot well. No issues. About 200 rounds through it. But I think I still like my full size duty guns like the Beretta and the CZ a lot better. Recoil impulse is less with the bigger guns and I'm more accurate as well. The only advantage I see for this Fuse is for concealed carry.
@@rotadymathanks for the update I saw one yesterday and a lifelong Glock 19 / 1911 shooter and it addresses the glocks wide profile and I love the grip size. Saving up maybe time to move the Glock 19 to the safe shortly
My XL, brand new had really tight mags that were a PITA to load. I used the mag loader tool for the first few mags, until they softened up a bit. Loading them by hand was hurting the hell out of my thumb. I didn't have any issues with the gun though.

I always say that when Cz p10c had a issue everyone was staying away from it, caniks, PDP. I never hear people complain about sig. And I'm a sig fanboy but they definitely need to do better for sure
Sig reportedly had some bad extractors. Coincidentally, several other new pistol releases from other manufacturers have had extractor related issues. Makes me wonder if they're not subbing-out parts to 3rd parties. Feed ramps are also mentioned in warranty return docs. FWIW, the finish quality seems to have degraded somewhat recently in general, perhaps as a 'not needed' cost-saving measure. My Walther P99 has an almost mirror polisged feed ramp finish, and the gun eats anything 9mm. Coincidence? Perhaps... but with how common power tools are and how most browning action pistol barrels can easily be removed, a little feed ramp polishing might not hurt.
Yeah I agree for the most part. Not sure about the farming out parts but who know they do it with sights and mags or at least S&W does. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already

Unfortunately, the one that I purchased will have to go back to Sig for repairs. From what i could shoot i really dug it. Getting failures to load every couple rounds, sometimes every round. Tapping the mag would sometimes allow it to RTB, when it didn't, a forceful smack to the back of the slide would work. Didn't seem to matter which magazine is used(even used a 17rd mag i bought for my p365x after the macro came out). Put 200 rounds through very patiently. There were a few times I actually got to fire a few rounds in a row, but in total it was around 80 FTL's. Outside of the issues, I really like the gun, so im looking forward to getting fixed.
I hate that stuff like this happens as long as this company has been making firearms. It looks as though they would have the simple things like feeding and magazines down, but sadly it seems folks like to beta test and let their customers be the ones to find out the issues, just so they are able to get a product to market faster. Have you tried to hold the trigger pulled during dry fire and try to rack the slide? I’ve noticed that on mine, the disconnector of the FCU gets very stiff and keeps the slide from racking smoothly. @ I’m so upside down in the fuse now that the only direction I can go is to keep upgrading till it works
@MotorBoating1413 I’ve started running a lot of PMC as well because I’ve had some issues recently with stuff that used to be solid like Fiocchi and even some cheaper stuff like New Republic and BB. I’ve been running a lot of ATS and Igman lately and it’s been very solid and priced well
I'm here for the math.. don't let that woman out of your sights!! Lol

How is this fuse compared to the Hellcat pro comp ?
I mean, of course the hellcat is more concealable and just overall more carryable, but as far as shootability definitely the fuse is way more accurate and more pleasurable to shoot. Thanks for watching and for commenting and be sure to subscribe if you have not already.

I want to like this gun but for edc after all I've seen. My life, my wife's life on the line. Nope. I don't feel comfortable with it. As a toy for the range. Sure. But for edc. Nope. 🤷♂️ Just my opinion
Hey man I get it you’ve got to carry what you are comfortable with no questions. Thanks for watching and for taking time to comment and be sure to subscribe if you have not already.
I've let someone shoot my p229 Tac Elite SRT And had ftf issues they would have issues about ever 3rd to 5th Round it shocked me because I've personally never had a malfunction and I would shoot it No Problem Dead on very accurate and I would give it to them and issues it Ended up being Noodle wrists after teaching them how to Hold and Shoot and Presto No more issues! 😳🙄
Limp wristing is a real thing lol. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Too many problems with this pistol. Should have researched it before buying one. I'll stick with my 1911 as a carry pistol.
I’ve been fortunate not to have any issue with mine
Peer pressure ..
Right?
Music sucks.
lol dang bro!! What you think of the gun
@@GSquaredTactical Oh it was the music I couldn't concentrate. Good looking gun and yours seem to be running way better than others, you are one of the lucky ones.
I suppose I am. What did you not like about it? How loud it was or just the music in general
@@GSquaredTactical Just that music in general.
@kawikadee9670 I got you thanks for the feedback
