I like these classic movie parodies they do. Their version of "Dead Poets Society" was one of the funniest SNL skits I've seen in the last twenty years.

I worked as a senior secretary at MIT in the 80s and you NAILED this. Scary! We even had other-worldly professors. Sadly, none like Robin Williams. He would have seemed normal. Great Bah-stan accents, BTW.
Parody, they have their hands physically inside his head walking him around like a puppet. The beginning, he is goofy and everyone is yelling at him. Imaginary friends, supportive. By the end, he is 100% normal outwardly 😅
The fournier is a separate equation where you use doritos and mountain dew to find the value of barf. They were not slipping on the barf, they were finding its derivative.
I read the draft of GWH at Castle Rock BITD and honestly it was not great (input from Rob Reiner & William Goldman improved a lot.) It's soo fun to see a parody 20 + years later
My (special needs) son is a Janitor on the local AFB, he does his job with pride & professionalism - we are so proud of him since he understands every job is important. Having a education does not make one intelligent, that comes from empathy & gratitude for those who cannot achieve the higher standard of anothers career. Many have the capability (like Johnny) but dont always have the exposure to exhibit their true talent. Great skit & funny too = Thanks ❤
Every job is important. Oddly enough, the military understands that. I'm not saying that everyone in the military is treated with respect, but they know that everyone has a job to do, and it has to get done correctly.

Not totally sure what or for who, but damn I'm good at loading and unloading trucks....now as a civilian white collar middle manager....but when the family goes camping, or we move, or me and the boys go up cutting firewood, nobody loads a truck like I load a truck! 😁

I'm just impressed and proud that NYU creative writing, drama, and/or theatre majors who make it into _SNL_ writers' rooms at least got through diff. eq. as undergrads :)
Mathematician here. The equation on the board is a standard first example of Fourier (not for-nee-ay) coefficients. If the students are being shown this equation, then most of them should be able to complete this example on their own (certainly at MIT). It's a routine calculation requiring next to zero innovative thought if they know calculus, which the students would definitely know if they're being taught about Fourier coefficients.
I laughed out loud when Kenan’s character attacked the janitor. It is reflective of the kind of attitude that would result from him not cleaning up the barf.
As a real life custodian, right now cleaning up poos, listening to random TH-cam videos and wishing someone would recognize my intellectual abilities one day, this one hit hard 😂 goin back to duke and baaf control.. get outta here snl
That's not how the world works. Nobody is going to "recognize" you, you have to put in the work, apply for the programs, take the tests, complete the courses, etc. It can be rough, but it can be worth it.

I laughed so hard at the Roomba skid marks and then 2 minutes later I started crying real tears when I heard what sounded like Robin William's voice. My god, that was such a startlingly good impression it triggered a grief response, and I missed that last 20 or so seconds of ths kit wiping the tears pouring out of my eyes. Wow, that was unexpected...like seeing a lost loved one almost.
