Bad fibreglass part 2

Leaks. Could fix it by reglassing. It is NOT recommended to apply multiple resins or topcoats in an attempt to fix pinholes.

I’m building a dalek and I have some fibreglassed parts. Can I put some top coat or gel coat on the inside of them?
