Everyone getting power in India better from UPA Govt. Like 18-20 hours power supply in Villages, 22 hours in small towns.. So Over the period everyone will have 24*7 whether farmers, residential or industrials
I have an idea of solving electric problems, yes sir I followed your idea is to charger Rs 4 every one & distribute few part of profit through lucky draw or .5%-1% bill free for each month to voters consumer make sure this benefits are well distributed, not the end charge high take less method. everyone will be happy. If this not work i have few more idea.
