I'm not sure what 22°F is, but I didn't realize we were so cold on average in Canada. Then again, as I type this, my area is looking at -45 to -50°C this week.
Imma try to make this as simple as possible:
Anything below 0°F: VERY COLD
1°-32°: Very cold to point when water freezes
33°-50°F: Chilly
51°-70°F: Slightly chilly to warm
71°-90°F: Warm to hot
91°-130°F: VERY HOT
212°F: Boiling point of water
300°F: it just doesn't matter it's just extremely hot.
