This is 100% correct. The only thing I had difficulty giving up is dairy as I like natural yogurt with my berries and I used a lot of butter in cooking. Now I try to eat raw as much as possible - I feel different. I cut out bread, cakes, biscuits, sweets, most sugar. Also cut out processed meats. My body is changing. There has been new research on spinach which causes kidney infections - as soon as I cut it out my kidneys got better - I ate spinach for 57 years and always had kidney issues - they recommend other greens instead - pak choi, leaves, broccoli etc. I also use milk thistle sometimes for a liver cleanse. I'm taking all the supplements as you have mentioned. What would you recommend for itch from eczema in the ears and Covid rash?

Speaking for myself only, unfortunately anything that boosts my immunity, like a slice of apple or two teaspoons of avocado, causes days worth of 'symptoms' flaring up. So while some videos from various practitioners advise boosting the gut bacteria and cutting out gluten (that has helped, along with filtering water intake), a lot of what should be a 'cure' is a no-go zone for me. Take it from someone with a serious autoimmune condition, it's a personal journey, not the same for everyone. I wish it was this simple. 😮

Yes its a good point. Does not boosting the immune system also boost activity in the autoimmune zones.. I think the emphasis here should be on 'calming' the immune system.. 24 HR fasts are proposed to reset or beneficially adjust the immune system. Maybe this should be essential for us auto immuners!
