I never thought I'd get so heartily sick of Onslaught. At least the other maps for it were large, these are just a ten-second jog from one site to the next. I never want to go into PvP again either, because it's a shit show of people playing like their lives depend on it. In short, I'm not excited about the PvE or PvP, which means I already have no reason to play.
@thecreator6585 wild assumptions to make. Yes I work and I'm not bad at the game at the same time. So I have every type of weapon and build I need. New loot is side grades and I don't need better loot to clear onslaught for more side grades when my vault has been full. The kicker was the hour of weird gameplay where I walked around a social space interacting with radios holoprojectors potion drawer potion mixer etc. Was just too much excitement I figured I'd sit out until something cool came out...
@Trevoroxx i mean it's not wild assumptions at all. Most of the people complaining about destiny since d1 are unemployed folks with entirely to much time on there hands that pummel through all the games content then complain that it wasn't enough. I work full time and I'm decent enough as well, however im also not a hater and am willing to admit that the episode so far is fun and just the beginning.
@thecreator6585 no the unemployed folks are the ones who complain the game costs too much or anytime bungie tries to sell something they cry about it. I am also really no hater played every season for the past 4 years. The content in this episode and the way removing time gates so we get to walk around and play a visual novel is absurd. The worst part was getting a major research quest where I flew to europa, sparrowed to some janky looking table in the middle of the snow, had a quest to kill 15 vex in a patrol level difficulty "mission", and then go back to the social space. That's it that's the gameplay this act/episode. If that's for you enjoy but to me it's noticeably barebones. Enjoy it of you want but..
