@@startracker5895 and the whole family really, I think George is only one sort of tried to stick up for her, but they all letting Dean walk around and tormenting, elaine is awful mum she wanted Linda to lie about being raped to save George and make thing worse for Linda re- Dean her own daughter, she also done little to lift her finger since too. Gina then sees Dean and said sorry but then does nothing to make it up to Linda and Johnny called her out she doesn't seem too fussed. It seems takes Johnny to come in and protect his mum for people suddenly want to actually really sort Dean out.
0:06 does Callum know that Ben & Johnny have already been intimate? Granted it happened several years ago, and didn't lead to a committed relationship, yet still they're blatantly cracking on in front of Callum even now--0:10 is an almost verbatim callback to something teasing Johnny said to Ben in the lead up to the night they spent together (Ben's 21st birthday in 2017), hence Ben cheekily responding that it's "very last decade". They both fondly and warmly remember the details of being together for just one night, and have no trouble playfully reminiscing, which shows how strong their connection is and how much it still means to them both. They're perfect complements, who've been there for each other in good moments (milestones) and bad (traumas). Johnny was the only person besides Jay who helped Ben come out of the closet, and later helped pick up the pieces and come back from the brink after Paul. They're basically soulmates, each other's first crush and confidante, ride-or-die. They were even written and designed to be an endgame couple in the first place (well, Johnny at least was conceptualised as Ben's future partner). This is a very long, important and deep relationship, though it's being played lightly in this particular season. Callum doesn't seem to realise or understand how deep it goes. Had he & Lexi not been in the picture, it's likely Ben would have offered Johnny more direct active assistance dispatching Dean, even if it did mean breaking the law. So Callum should probably feel more threatened by Johnny around his husband than he does, and in a way shoould feel thankful that Ben isn't around Johnny for the foreseeable.
I see that he’s sticking up for his mam but they haven’t half changed his character they don’t after make them all hardmen i still can’t believe they killed Keanu over dean
I think cause Dean or Nish would been kind predictable being outright horrible people, while Keanu's was less obvious and bubbling under the surface. I think people shocked Keanu strangled Sharon on top of Linda killing him.
Yes, the point of Johnny Carter (originally designed as Ben's love interest endgame, lest we forget) was that he is a direct contrast to Ben, open and considerate and moral and cautious.
I have to say, I didn't really like this new actor they've cast to play Jonny (at the moment). I haven't watched the show in a while, but from this scene here I'd say that Gina is still Insufferable.
@erosion271 Yes, based on two eps I don't really like his acting at the moment. And the character doesn't remind me of the previous versions at all. But with time he may improve... or not.
So it takes Johnny coming back for people to want to get rid of Dean.... I mean what has Linda own mother been doing to help her? she even wanted her to lie about being raped just to save George who was sticking up for Linda... and made things worse for her and didn't lift a finger still. Johnny right no one seems that bothered Dean is walking around and tormenting his victim esp her own mum and her family.
Good for you nice one johhny sticking up for your mom like that
Good for johnny sticking up for his mum
About time someone did. Her mother is useless! 🙄

Good on ya Little Sausage
1:45 Ben like finally...he needs my specific skillset
I’m glad he got their attention
Nice one Johnny I don’t blame him for sticking up for his mum she’s not well bless and Johnny come back to help her
@Titanfanx I'd be the same as Johnny. I'm a son as well
You go Johnny sticking up to his mum. The only people that are really concerned for Johnny is Ben and Callum.

Ballum Ben and Callum My Two Boys From EastEnders ❤❤❤
0:53 that felt like nostalgia, 2014-17 era rushing back in
What in the hell did they make that cake out of she's lucky she didn't lose a toe.
Linda is going to prison for Keanu's murder and Karen is on a warpath and can't get rid of Dean.
Why would they let a drunk Linda carry a cake? 🙄. It’s like people are blind to her alcoholism.
and like Johnny said they don't seem bothered that Dean walking round and tormenting her. like Johnny said about the so called family.
Love the new Johnny carter.
I thought callum was tall this new Johnny makes him look short
I am sure the original two Johnny's were no taller than Ben
Ben and Callum are trying to help Johnny to get rid of Dean on the show after the huge fight!! 😮

@@pendafen7405if these characters were real I'd probably be like Johnny. Like when he stood up for his mum

I liked the first Johnny actor best but I’ll give this one a chance

@erosion271love the new Jonny
@erosion271 I don't think so. And I've already answered your question. I'm not going to keep answering the same thing over and over again here.
@erosion271 I'm not going to keep answering the same thing over and over again here. Move on. Find something to do, etc.

God this is getting old.
