Nice work. Camera is steady and not shaky! Pipeline has its advantages and disadvantages...Advantages are rent is cheap for a single room starting from Ksh 4,000/5,000, matatus are available until even mid night along Accra road being the Embassavas, food is available late into the night from literally everywhere you walk in pipeline because people are doing business till late! Disadvantages are the open sewers at each and every corner you turn, heaps of garbage almost everywhere, noise pollution from the bars in most of the buildings and even pubs that sell Keg in residential flats...If you want Keg you just leave your house whether your on the ground floor or staying up and next door there is a Keg pub. Kama wewe si mtu wa kunywa tao then if you live in Pipeline there is no need of coming to town to drink. Lastly congestion of people, boda bodas and vehicles competing for the little available space making it very risky indeed! The place called Aston Villa leading to the bus stop on outering road has the worst congestion indeed!

This is the product of corruption and widespread lawlessness. Kikuyu slumlords, hawkers taking over pedestrian walkways, people selling food without permit, littering everywhere etc. If Kenyans want a good nation each of us has to play a part.

Well covered.. Nice flats but poor hygiene/drainage, overcrowding.. The mutura were mouthwatering though.

How did we let this happen? Even if city council is corrupt, as landlords we should invest our money wisely instead of putting up poor quality buildings and neighbourhoods.

Most people live there not only because of the affordability of the houses, everything is less expensive and its also accessible transport wise; they got railway and so many matatus to cbd

Good job bro. Keep it up, what you are showing is making people awake. Landlords building their houses just for money and not thinking humanity for people renting this houses. Something will come thanks.

I pity the people who've got to live in such inhumane conditions due corruption and ineptitude from our leaders.

This is a terrible place. Most of the houses have no natural lighting. This is definitely a concrete slum. Good job on the video. Keep it this way. Clean footage, natural sounds without fancy editing. See you at the top.
