When an impromptu trip to Mumbai popped up, we were excited to be travelling to Mumbai after two years. I was also keen to introduce to Sree certain special memories from my early days in Mumbai. However, sometimes you can plan all that you want, but then fate has a twist in store for you. And that’s exactly what happened! Intrigued? Watch the vlog to know more!

Kripa I did a 2 day staycation at Novotel, Mumbai about 3 years back. This video brought back so many memories 😀. I really enjoyed the buffet at The Square as well as drinks by the Beach.

Mumbai's food has really changed over the years. They add cheese literally for every dish though I really love their food without them adding cheese 🧀in it
😃Yes, one does see plenty of cheese these days, I have a Mumbai street food vlog coming up and you will see some in that.
Yaa it doesn't taste or feel as good as it used to.
They even ruined the dosa by adding excessive cheese.
Unfortunately cheese has been an integral part of Mumbai street food. Most street vendors are Gujaratis and they love their cheese.
Also add butter too
9:18 JW Marriott also.....& earlier time one most iconic hotel is Centur hotel which shut down nowdays.....

Mumbai is a dynamic wealthy metro city, but it’s filthy , and smells of faeces , it’s a pity…..mainly due to bad sanitation at Dharavi….as soon as the plane lands at erstwhile Santa Cruz , the smell of faeces wafts in…….Mumbai is unable to control its own borders and it’s residents…this is the main reason

You brought out the Bombayite (not Mumbaikar) in me. Is Novotel what was Holiday Inn once? Even after staying away from Mumbai for 30 years we make it point to visit these iconic places every time we get an opportunity. Almost shed tears looking at the sunset. Incredible feeling regardless of the crowd, noise, balloon vendors, bhutta vendors' smell of charcoal travelling far in the breeze, the closely clustered near Ramada. Jaane kahaan gaye woh din??

Happy Birthday Sir, delayed but. Yes, Mumbai is really charming always, except for travel in crowded trains, and crowded bus (without having a seat to sit and having to stand from 1st stop to the last). Last visited M in Nov 2018, only to learn that my dear friend was no more.
Yes Kripal, if you are born and brought up in Mumbai, it's your DNA. I'm a Mumbaikar too. Though I have left Mumbai in 1993, Mumbai has not left me!
Like your friend i too moved back to Mumbai from Bengaluru very recently and can tell u that I'm already missing Namma uru, the masala dose, shavige bhat, joladda roti otta, Andhra meals..oh so much..studied in the college next to yours..so have many fond memories of Juhu..one thing for sure u will keep reminding me of Bengaluru..always thought that i will bump into you someday in Bengaluru, not as yet, but nevertheless sooner, thanks a lot..best wishes

6:53 - The sea rock hotel in Bandra is also close to a beach, Isnt it ? The Aksa beach has also many hotels near by, Isnt it ? The bungalow spotting is for tourists. Once a autowallah told us - They in their bungalows, we in ours. But I do realise that people who are not raised in bombay do a ooh and aah. How will we - we are buzy in and out of local trains and catching the double fast - may be the towners dont know what I mean because we are from the burbs :)

Ji, wearing a seatbelt is both for one's own safety and also for anyone sitting in front of you. If a vehicle comes crashing from behind, the seatbelt protects you and prevents you from slamming into the person sitting in front, thus avoiding serious injuries. Sorry about this, but have seen many road accidents play acted on UK TV.
