The Leaf upgrade shop on Baibridge Island, WA from crashed 62KwH batteries quotes $14,500 installed. Your upgrade is more cost effective. When done, I would enjoy your view as to the amount of work and risk.
We have done this upgrade successfully in many countries and soon this car will be on US road no risk just installation work but very cost effective and best quality
Good update, I would like some clarification on the battery details. As we all know that Nissan Leaf requires 400v DC. If we're using 24 of 12v batteries, we will not get 400v.
@@haseebahmad9528Was it direct from Yaste or through Alibaba? If Yaste, via WhatsApp? Haven’t seen a 63kWh kit listed that low and I’m ready to do this job on my 2013 Leaf with 30 miles of range at 100%…. Thanks

Nice job. I just wonder what is the cross section of the bus bars? They look a bit weak to me. For 80kW leaf I guess it will be OK.
@@slavric it is proper cooper bus bars and for now we offer 63kwh full kit only don’t have 80kwh
@@haseebahmad9528 I meant 80kW motor because it needs less of the current.
@@slavric yes it is perfect

I thought we all knew that "400v" is just a CLASS? Tesla runs at about 377v nominal so nothing wrong with 396v nominal at all
Great update and progress, can i ask what its net cost of kit was before shipping
5000$
Thats great value, usd i presume? Look forward to the verdict and some miles

@@t.shonoiki563 no it’s actually NMC cell 3.7v each cell nominal full charge is 4.2v total 96cells and it will 402v for Nissan leaf.
