Worked like a charm. Now I have a removal tool coming in the mail that I don't need. Oh well. Putting the steel handlebar on mine as I used to ride an S-Max which also had a steel handlebar and I never fell off that Someone stole it instead!

Taking off the knee pad bar is almost impossible to get off on mine....I've just about given up since it's stuck on there so tight. Any suggestions?
Edit later the same day: Someone in a forum suggested hitting the knee bar "arm" with a rubber mallet. I used a hammer with a towel wadded up to soften the blows. It worked after 6-7 blows. I had spend 2 hrs trying to get it off to no avail prior to that since it was stuck so tightly. I had also sprayed wd-40 into the hole where the screws go, so perhaps that helped a little too.
