ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I hope some other companies like Mcfarlane toy will tackle Invincible, I stopped buying Select figures a long time ago because they don't fit with my 6 inch collection and the sculpts and articulation are too basic compared to other line like Marvel Legend and Black Series.
But mcfarlane is 7 inch scale as well

You would not want mcfarlane toys to make these figures worse or at best slightly improved
Love the peg holes in the back like Figma. More companies should do that. Especially for flying figures. Hate the limited articulation. LOVE the stop motion :)

I love Invincible. I read the comic for years and it’s cool to see a resurgence of popularity with the animated series. I was really excited about these figures but the more I see them the less excited I get. The skin tone on Mark is awful and the articulation looks bad to me. I’m going to wait until McFarlane eventually gets the license (it’ll happen eventually).

Hi shartimus! I don’t know if you will respond but since this is my first time getting a real action figure, I just wanted to know? With my invincible action figure the stand for it and all of its little pegs and arms are very very weak. I just wanted to know how in your video you got them to work so well, and if there’s not a solution like that for me then if you recommend any other stands out there that I could buy and use. Thanks.

Hey Shart, regarding that Legendary Heroes Madman figure. If happened to come with the chain belt from Pitt, I would be mighty happy to take it off your hands, as the Pitt figure that I bought 15 years ago didn't have it, and I have not been able to aquire one. Peace.
I am planning on buying the comics, also something about Mark's head just doesn't sit well with me, and not talking about the skin tone being off. The camera makes it look like it's made with a cheap plastic or something, not exactly sure how to describe it.
I really think that they just needed to add the black lines. Like from the cartoon or the inking lines? I don't know why but I feel like that would make everything pop
I almost bought these online. Good thing I watched this video. The figures look just like the Mattel DC figures. Same basic old school articulation (except for the ball jointed rib cage), and plain paint app. It wouldve been okay since it was based on the show. But they're just too pricey for plain looking figures. I can get figures in the same scale with better articulation and detail for only $20

I really wish they were closer to marvel legends with better articulation and better colors on the face. This was my favorite book and they have so many more characters they could do but I don’t think I’ll be picking them up from Dimond select.

What I mean is, I REALLY want figures of Invincible and the rest of the characters in the Invincible stories but these figs from DS don't look that good to me so I'll wait till some better ones come out (maybe from a different toy line or if DS does better updated versions of them)....
Hope neca starts doing these guys there the boys figures are amazing and invincible and the boys are some of my favorite superhero story's in general lol I just picked up the neca homelander and it's an amazing figure I'd love to see a neca omni man with a cloth cape and the better quality and articulation hell yeah.

Omni man looks like J Jonah Jameson because of the mustache the hair and the voice from the invincible show.
I love bigbadtoystore but I live in Canada so the shipping takes so much longer. And the prices for shipping are really unfavourable
Love the show. Would love to have some figs of the characters in the series ..... but these have a lot nits to pick, IMO. The paint apps look sloppy. Figs priced higher than Legends should look better not the same or worse, JMO.

I got this, and am shocked at how terrible the knees are. Like design-wise, these are fine, but quality wise? Horrid.
I like Invincible comic book, I haven't seen the animation and I don't plan to, I was thinking about these figure but after watching the review I decided to pass on them.
They could have done a better job engineering the articulation.

Only reason i picked these up is because i love the show and comic. Otherwise they'd be an easy pass. I hate it when lazy low tier companies get good licenses. There are so many better companies out there. I can only how much better Mafex would handle the license, they'd easily blow these clean out of the water in every category.

With Omni Man's inclusion in MKI, maybe we'll see a higher end figure, with more complex sculpting, as opposed to this simpler aesthetic. Cross-licensing permitting.
