One of our favourite days on this trip has to be hiking Spain's Congost de Mont-rebei. This hike is a hidden gem that splits the regions of Aragon and Catalonia, taking around 7 hours to complete. It takes you through excavated rock walls, over several suspension bridges, and down two cliff faces via a narrow wooden staircase.
If you're looking for a hike in Spain this is one not to be missed. The gorge and water below is stunning, and you're sure to see lots of the huge vultures as you hike to the top. The hike is one way out and the same route back, so you're able to turn back if you've seen enough. Hopefully after this video you'll want to put Spain's Congost de Mont-rebei hike on your travel bucket list!

Great video. You should have taken the stairs to the bottom then followed the path a bit further and down under an overhanging cliff. You forgot to mention the drought that has plagued northern Spain for the last two years. The water level is really low there and the canyon is no longer passable in kayak. When crossing the first suspension bridge that area used to be full of water.

Hi! There’s a car park at the bottom of the hike and a few pull in spots on the road if the car park is closed. I think we left a pin on the spot in the video as well, if that helps!

Hmm.. it will change a game a bit, when you have 85L backback (with 20-25kg weigh) on a non-marked trail, then you will likely like to have those "sticks". Other than that, I would suggest actually trying that "nordic walking" its really good exercise.
