Hi Deepak very happy to see you today and knowing your name... Till date you were just k2k autobolg for me... Your reviews are quite useful for bulike lovers..... Keep rocking 🎉
Bought this on March 2023, Did 2500 Km till now - On-Road Price in Banglore - 2.65 L Cons - 1. No slipper clutch 2. No quick shifter 3. Gearbox should be smooth as we ride, but it got more cranky after 2000km, had to keep the bike absolute dust free, have to set the clutch free play frequently, have to lube the chain every 15 days to keep it smooth 4. Parts are cheap but not easily present 5. Highly tedious task to fit crash guard, most of the you tube videos that say they have done but are not really feasible, it doesn't provide strength, the best mounting point is under the fairing and the it has to be brought straight from there, so you have to make a hole in the fairing, otherwise the "jugaad" of having an extra clamp wont provide the strength. 6. Pillion can't sit for more than 2 hours. 7. The plastic parts can be more stronger at this price point. 8. Rear break can be better 9. Tires wont provide confidence in wet roads. 10. Ride connect "MAP" is useless. 10000 price increase for this is waste. 11. The mirrors are mounted on fairing, tends to get loose often. 12. Smaller windshield. Pros - 1. Liner rev and speed, the engine is refined, no vibrations yet. 2. No heating issues, rode at 40 C for 2 hours continuous at average of 80-90 KMPH. 3. The front break is very good . 4. The riding posture is good. 5. I rode 1000km in highways, 1500km in city, overall average till now is 36kmph. using shell Petrol from starting. 6. Its stable at high speed. 7. Acceleration is linear. As Suzuki says it use premium parts, I cant see much difference than other brands, this bike has to be given a lot of care for it to run smoothly, I am washing and lubing chain every 15 days. At this price point, if Suzuki can improve certain things, this bike has the potential to be one of the best selling bike. Other option is to reduce its price by 30k, then its a justifiable buying option. This is personal experience and opinion, pls don't debate/get offended.
@@K2KMotoVlogs sorry bhai aapko Thora jyada hi pareshan kr diya. Actually ham r15 lene jaa rhe hai. Life ka 1st bike. To isilye Thora jyada hi research kr rhe the.
Except a fabulous engine , this bike doesnt have anything !! No Usd forks !! No perimeter or a trellis frame, no alloy swing arm, no slipper clutch ( i guess) etc etc etc......thats why it doesnt sell.😥😥
Yes, but then you put all of that in and the price obviously has to go up for including all of that. Then you cry that it's to expensive and not worth it. This isn't a racing machine, it's a decently priced commuter bike that can handle highway speed in case you need it. For the price it's actually pretty good. If you actually need all of that stuff then just buy a more expensive bike, but then don't cry that it's overpriced.
@@PC_797 ....really!! Then how is the yamaha offering all these features in their R15 which is slightly lesser in price than this gixxer 250 ??. Suzuki is not offering all this cos they want to keep their margin benefits more taking advantage of the unaware Indian Customers who dont know much about bikes n biking. They r offering a cheap single down tube chassis which is used in entry-level commuter bikes. There is no slipper clutch, no usd forks . Suzuki is only befooling the Indian customers taking advantage of their brand name !!!😠😠
R15 is a Small engine machine.. they compromise cubic capacity power for rest of the shenanigans. R15 was made the way it is because it's till date the ultimate low powered track machine.. Gixxer SF 250 is no where in comparison with R15. The same reason r25 was never launched, people won't buy it because with 250 cc and rest of the tech it was bound to be expensive.. however quoting right.. people riding R15 everyday don't need all that tech.. "there's no replacement for displacement" Gixxer SF 250 is probably the most value for money tourer that you get and it's cheap to maintain as well. It's one hell of ride, it doesn't sell because Suzuki's marketing gimmick is poor than that of any brand. Also Sf 250 eats the baby R15 for lunch.
Do you really need these gimmicky features..u know what.. telescopic suspension is more suitable for indian road..and every bike has its own frame.. perimeter bajaj use..r15 deltabox.. doesn't matter..at the end this bike handles well.. aluminium swingarm will cost you more..i think this bike being a Japanese.. absolute value for money.. only major drawback is suzuki's aftersale and parts availability..
@@sgdarkwarrior95 I agree, UDF is such a gimik at this segment. It just adds cost and many reviewers have already said the Gixxers suspension is great. It even handles curves wonderfully, not sure why you need to add to the cost adding UD Forks for no real benefits other bragging rights.
except for R15 V4 which bike in this price has a TFT meter console that u are telling "Coloured meter console hona chahiye is prise par"? R15 is a 155cc bike selling at the price of a 200/250cc bike and if Suzuki brings a colored meter console, its obvious price will go up, and with poor sales even today.. it will end up with hardly any sales.
tbh, this bike definitely has an amazingly powerful engine... but it still needs some upgrades for this price the bike should get the following: - > USD > All led setup (much needed as every bike in this segment gets all led setup.. halogens aren't really acceptable at this price) > TFT display (Yamaha provides at this price... but yea only Yamaha does.. so not a necessary upgrade for now) > In terms of design.. the windshield should be a little bigger.. and maybe a little new design for the front.. this isn't RS200 that it can continue with the same design forever.. even Yamaha has updated R15 front look with time from V3 to V4 and that's why sales of R15 is always high yes this is an underrated bike, but Suzuki should work on its marketing first... this bike really deserves proper marketing to be sold in proper numbers. lastly, all other companies are lucky Yamaha isn't bothered with updating its bikes in the 250cc segment, coz just one instrument cluster update in its fz25 and fzs25, and boom, Yamaha owns this market along with the 150cc market... but yeah updating its 250cc bikes will affect Yamaha's sales only so fewer chances they will update and other companies should use this opportunity rather than sitting quietly.
