UNCUT Lure fishing at Lake Eppalock

- I was driving past Kimbolton boat ramp No. 1 on my way home from a bait fishing trip at a quieter part of Lake Eppalock, and the water looked too good to not stop and flick a lure around. The sun was quickly setting, so I decided to record an "uncut" fishing video. The boat noise heard in the background was quite loud, but that's why I chose a quieter part of the lake during my bait fishing session.

It doesnt matter what species it is, it's always great when they hit the lure as you lift it from the water.

Nothing better than a sunset fishing and looking atvyhe beautiful background lowering over the hills love the uncut version. Hows your family going buddy hope is all well with them all especially your wife hopefully she doing great as well

When you say there’s a “Redfin bust up” what does that means and what does it look like? Do you cast the lure and let it sink on a bust up?
A bust up is when you can see the redfin making splashes or waves at the surface of the water. They are usually chasing minnows or something around. If you see it happen, just try to cast your lure past where the splash was so the lure will swim through that area as you wind it in. Good luck mate!

An uncut version is always preferable 😀 Good little session though mate 🐟 👍 Like you, i have saved some very favourite lures by twanging on the tensioned main line. It seems to work better with braid than mono. Maybe just me. Keep the videos coming 😀 Cheers.

Hey mate, yep I sure do! I can't paddle like I used to though, I've got an old rotator cuff injury in my shoulder that makes it very difficult. I'm hoping to pick up an electric motor soon though!
