    yep that whistling can send a person to the nut house. It sounds like a tornado siren to me! Thanks for sharing this fix

      I still ended up moving light bar to behind the freedom panels. The Z-bar worked well but not well enough. Thanks for watching.

    The top fin of my light bar was bent. It would have been nice to get a view of the deflector you installed.
    My light bar does not make noise but I installed a new one on my son’s Jeep and his made noise until I modified the top fin of the light bar.

      Not sure what you mean but i can tell you i ended up moving the bar to the back behind the freedom panels ... i should do an update video ... no matter what i did it was just too loud.. even with the freedom panels on and the light bar in back if I get a good crosswind the gladiator is loud loud loud..... still love the look of the light bar though and rough country is a great company glad i went with them. THanks for watching. :-)

    Nice video, did the curved lightbar two months ago and the noise is really killing me. I was not confident with ZROADZ products because the lack of reviews but I’m glad someone finally did it.

      Good to know, i was the same way thats why i bought the aerolids first.... the ZROADZ is way better but a totally different look. thanks for watching :-)

      @@TheBHiveRV Hey man thanks for replying. I’m running curved bar so Aerolidz is out of the option.
      The diffuser is not working that well, it reduced the whistling noise and the general wind noise under 50. Above that it is still really loud. I do believe the reason is this designed for Jeep not 4Runner,. Still, love you content.

      It definitely helped but it was still pretty loud especially with the sunrider top so i moved the light bar to my roof rack. Thanks for watching :-)

      I have an Expedition and a light bar coming off the bottom of the rack. Did this help on your rack?

    Just saw your video and see it’s 8 months ago… How’s the diffuser doing? Is it still keeping it quiet? Thanks for your time….

    • @TheBHiveRV
      @TheBHiveRV  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So ... the diffuser helped a lot.... but it was still so loud especially with my sunrider top that I took the ight off and reinstalled it on my front runner roof rack way behind the sun rider. Its much quieter now... even less loud with the freedom tops installed. I just could not handle how loud it was in the front no matter what I did ... Thanks for watching.... :-)

    Should be able to pull the light apart and just flip the housing over then you can keep your wires where they’re at

    Can't you just tilt the angle of the light bar a little bit and still retain plenty of down road lighting?

      Not bad so much better than before definitely more tolerable and worth every penny.

    Is this still possible without a rivit gun?

    • @TheBHiveRV
      @TheBHiveRV  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think so.. it comes with the rivets but you could use self tapping screws
